Wonderful hotel with a very luxurious feel. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely.

Stayed at the hotel for two nites before our international flight. Everyone and all the hotel accommodations will absolutely wonderful. I come there on every trip to India, always had the greatest experience with the hospitality in every way. Thank you !

A fabulous hotel on the beach in a very lively area of Mumbai. The club was the best we have visited out of many hotels we have visited in mumbai. However the renovation works were noisy (although we were compensated for this). I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are finished.

Wonderful well meaning staff, but let down my the marketing and sales team. Unfortunately- while they changed my room a painting i always carry from my child was lost. Very unhappy about that. Great front desk attendant in Abhishek V Meant well, but let down by other key departments. Wont be staying again.

The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. If you're seeking superior service, delicious food, and impressive accommodations, this hotel offers all that and more. I can confidently say I will be returning again. My room was excellent!

All was excellent except the too high Air Conditioning. To eat at the restaurants one needs a jumper or a coat. Have Marriott Hotels never heard of a thermostat? A pleasant 22C with air conditioning would have been comfortable and fine.

Great Hotel. Fantastic food and service.

The experience was just ok. Especially since I had stayed at another JW Marriott property a week prior . Room service food was terrible- greasy. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet water kept running.

Even with renovations going on this was an excellent stay . Amazing gym and trainers were attentive and helpful , all staff were friendly and attentive Would stay here again

A very nice hotel that is conveniently located. The breakfast is very good as are the staff. I would recommend this hotel.
