The check-in process was quite time-consuming. After a long road trip of almost 5 hours, I just wanted to relax in my room. However, I had to wait over an hour because a system wasn’t working. The front desk staff assured me that someone would come and let me know when the room was ready. I waited in the lobby coffee shop for over an hour, asking two people to check if the system was up, but no one responded. Finally, I had to walk up to the front desk with a frown and finally got the room. The hotel is busy and popular, but I feel that over the years, it has lost the service it is known for.
