It was hard to find but once the door opened to the hotel- very nice. Staff was not very helpful or pleasant.

No frills but huge suites (great for a family of 5) right off of St. Marks Square. Amazing value and space. Could have better blankets and bedding.

Accommodations were excellent for my family of 4, I would highly recommend and would stay again when we visit Venice!

Nice clean room. Checkin was stressful as it says checkout closed after midnight. But that was not the case. Just have to wait 10 minutes for the person to come back to the desk to check-in. Great location and nice room!

Check out process at 7 am is drop the keys off in a bowl by the desk. They need new caulk or grout around the tub.

The staff were more than helpful and very friendly! Breakfast was great and the accommodations was a full apartment would be great for a longer stay.

Excellent! My daughter left her Gucci wallet on a private water Taxi and the front desk folks started to work towards retrieving it and we were able to get it the next day thanks to their help

Everything you could want except free. Perfect location, apartment was like new. Everything in Perfect condition

The location is excellent, we walked everywhere and nighttime near San marco is a pleasure because the crowds are gone. The accommodations are very comfortable and it’s a quaint 2 bedroom unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location and amazing staff

The first room we rented had 2 TV’s and this room only had 1 TV and needed 2. Everything else in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was clean and nice.

Great location, staff, etc. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the mattresses for both the bedroom and sleeper bed were both very uncomfortable and need replaced.
