Fabulous location, great hotel

The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!

Really good location, beautiful building - lovely communal rooms/spaces - reading room, rooftop terrace etc. friendly staff.

Lovey staff

Lovely old hotel in the old part of Perugia. Loads of character and charm. Not great if you have a car as you can't drive to the hotel door and the parking is a 15-minute walk away! Its doable if there are 2 or more of you but not convenient.

So happy we chose this Hotel. Location is perfect to see Perugia. Sadly we only had one night at Hotel Fortuna.

Rooms were beautiful and clean.

Spacious room, nice staff, great location. The only drawback was parking. Ended up parking in a garage far away and calling a taxi to take us to the hotel, which was in a Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL).

We loved absolutely everything. The room, the atmosphere, the location, friendly staff! It was fantastic. We will return and quite soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was especially great since we had a 1-year-old baby with us. Location was great and the breakfast was also good.

Beautiful traditional property in the heart of the old town. The bathroom was clean and modern, room was lovely, staff amazing and breakfast delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel run "old fashioned" in the good sense. Comfortable room, linens, breakfast, friendly staff. In a great location. A pleasure. And that terrace!

Tough parking, but otherwise amazing. The place to stay in Perugia.

Loved our stay here. Perfect location and was walkable to everything. We took train from here to Assisi for the day. Had a great experience here.

Most awesome place to stay in Perugia!

Excellent location very near main square and three very good eateries in streets adjacent to the square. Staff were pleasant and professional and the room and breakfast were both fine
