Hotel didn’t provide wash cloths. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned to industry standards. Missing items.

Understaffed and SLOW. It took a long time to check in. They could not find our Hotels.com reservation. Then Check Out was slow. We waited 15 minutes just to check out. POOR SERVICE. They need to do better.

I liked my room. I did not like all the noise late hours at the pool.

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. Shower had draining issues, other than that I recommend

This is one of my favorite places to stay so far. I like to stay in the Cabanas because it opens up to the beautiful pool, bar, and dining areas. Its great to stay in the cabanas if you have kids so you can have direct access to the pool. I've stayed in the large 5 star hotels but prefer the more intimate setting at the Hotel El Panama. The free breakfast is subpar but the hotel is located in walking distance of good eateries!

Nice hotel for the price

We stayed there around Valentines Day and they had the hotel beautifully decorated for the event. Room and bathroom were large and very nice. Breakfast however could be improved with more variety. Good location and staff very helpful and pleasant . Definitely recommend

Property is pretty dated. Staff comes across as though they do not care about your questions or requests and just want to brush you off to get you to go away. Restaurant is not bad but nothing special although it is priced similarly to better restaurants.

Bathtub was dirty with stains all over. Nespresso coffee machine was in the room but had to buy coffee pods for the room.. breakfast was included but substandard

I had a great stay as usual, but one two things bothered me. The first was the condition and cleanliness of the bathroom. It was simply not up to the standards I have experienced at this hotel in the past. The second thing was strange - the outlets by the bed were tied into the lights over the beds. As such I could not plug in my CPAP breathing device without leaving the lights on. I had to ask for an extension cord to use the machine. This is something that needs to be addressed in room 623 and wherever else it occurs. The outlets should not be tied into the lights.
