Awesome stay at a beautiful hotel

The hotel staff provided spectacular service. My flight was canceled and my wife arrived without me before the check-in time. As the room was already available they allowed her to check-in early, and turned a horrible day into a great one. The hotel is conveniently located in Badajoz and you can get to the historic center with a 10 minute walk. The breakfast at this hotel is spectacular. It was practically the best one we had in Portugal and Spain. Highly recommended.

Size and spacious appointment of the rooms, particularly the bathroom- entry area. Heating bar for drying towels was great idea.

Superb hotel but very few dinning options although a wonderful town to look round.

Overnight stay en-route to Cascais. We have stayed at this hotel several times before and it has always been excellent

We booked two rooms the rooms were very spacious and clean but the showers was broken in both the bathrooms. They need to fix them. Using the shower was a challenge, the water was going all over the place.

I liked everything about this place except the Wi-Fi was terrible in the room. Lobby and restaurant Wi-Fi was good
