I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again.

The room was clean but the floor was full of dust that wasn’t very pleasant. The bed cover left so much loose hair on the bed. The bad quality bed cover. Apart from that everything was amazing.

Hiper expensive in relation to quality

It certainly exceeded my expectation. I was not too sure due to it's rather low ratings at hotel.com in a low 8. Since it's just about the one or two five star hotels here so I took a chance on it. Yes, it's a five star which comes with all the convenience: a ski rental shop on site, a ski locker and access to a chair lift to come up. Breakfast is so so and coffee can be better. I like the room very much

Really comfortable stay - rooms were in good quality. Only shame is have to pay to use swimming pool which doesn’t seem consistent with staying in any other 5-star.

The hotel is great. The thing is that if you are coming out to ski there is no better place. Forfait is outside the hotel. Lockers to keep all your equipment and spa to relax after a long day out.

Quite clean and slightly outdated big rooms. Variety of cafes and restaurants onsite. A little bit far from city Center and ski lift. During 3 days we had couple issues, so I couldn’t say service was perfect. Hope it was bed lack. Overall is is good hotel

Very good location and very good breakfast.

Everything great but the food was a real let down both our evening meal was not nice at all , breakfast was nice just all the pastry side was all reused and very dry not 5* standard

Amazing hotel, five star service. Lovely welcome drink on arrival. Room was quite small despite an upgrade and spa was 30€ for an hour in a very small swimming pool and steam room. Great shuttle service to main lift.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel & the fact that it is even an option to book on Expedia seeing as this is in absolutely no way a 5 star hotel. To begin with I specified in the reservation that we wanted one bed not 2 separate beds I also immediately contacted the hotel via your app to repeat this & let them know we wouls be arriving late. I called the hotel the day before to confirm & they said no problem, however upon our arrival they put us in a room with 2 separate beds & said they could not help us solved this. The staff was completely useless & not accommodating at all especially for a “5 star hotel” the room also had a terrible smell that was unbearable! We had dinner at the bar upon arrival only to find a large group of drunk people wandering around making noise & then this morning the hotel sold us the chairlift pass which did not even work so we had to wait over half an hour at the chairlift for someone to come & resolve it. Once we returned to the hotel we notified the staff about this only to get a rude response saying it was not their fault. Overall this hotel & experience with Expedia has been an absolute disappointment & I will have to think twice about making any future reservations with Expedia.

Newly renovated hotel, comfy mattresses, convenient for ski chairlift, friendly staff, proper food.

Fantastic scenery and amazing staff. We were upgraded to a suite and they welcomed us with a glas of cava. Best hotel experimence ever.

Everything about the hotel is very good - lovely Christmas ambience, our room size was adequate & with a great view of the snow mountains. However the hiousekeeping service is somewhat haphazard. The towels replacement was inconsistent, likewise with the toiletries. That said, a call to the reception rectified the problem promptly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 'Ski in / ski out' was not possible due to lack of snow in early season but the chair lift to get down to the gondola is right next to the hotel.

Nice cosy hotel, very helpful and friendly staff

Excellent location away from the crowd but with all facilities at your doorstep. A little pricey though and not what I would call 5 star. The pillows are terrible and they could really do with a complimentary bottle of water at least in the room! 7/10
