Excellent stay in Marriott's

The Bed was very comfortable and the Staff was ALL amazing. Everyone would stop to help us. I have not been in a hotel that had such kind and helpful staff!

Hotel is being updated on a regular basis. Service is great. Facilities even better. Food is inconsistent.

Updated and new hotel. About 15 minutes drive to city centre (madina). Friendly and very helpful staffs.

Luxury hotel all amazin service, tea , coffe etc

we enjoyed our stay- the pool was beautiful and dining options were great- we especially loved the moroccan restaurant thank-you to all of the kind staff. They even delivered a special cake to our room wishing us a happy wedding anniversary.

Loved the pool and balcony/ patio area in our room. Large room. They have plans to update the rooms by December 2025.The convenience of a spa, specialty restaurants and specialty lounges was also very nice. Food was good😊

I had a fantastic stay at the Fes Marriott Hotel. Everything was great—from the welcoming staff to the elegant atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. The hotel truly has everything you need all in one place: comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful pool area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides convenience, comfort, and quality all under one roof. Highly recommended!

Overall we had a nice stay. The staff were always so friendly and eager to help. We did have to have our beds remade on arrival due to dirty bedding. The property and rooms do seem somewhat “run down” and could use a facelift and a good clean. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again.

The property is currently under restoration. Overall is ok, but the rooms are a bit dated.

Our room AC was not working so called the front desk at night. Technician came and did something and told us give it an hour. We waited more than an our but AC never started. Called again and sent some other tech guy. According to this guy our AC is broken. It was already 1:30 AM. We were tolled to move to another room with all our luggage. AC in the other room was poor too. Didn’t have any other option but to pack and move to other room. No one called the next day to apologize for the inconvenience caused to us on our first night after a long flight from US. We should not be charged for the first night.
