Staff member was good after finally coming to let us check in. Bedding full of hot rock burns and no drink facilities. Very basic hotel and the bar is shut not serviceable.

Bed bug and mosquitoes and hot. The boss a black man shouted I have to pay €2.80 local tax even though I didn’t park my car on the premise. A dump avoid

Friendly staff. Few options for the breakfast. Good for a quick layover but thata about it.

Average. Staff were very nice!… but the hotel is shabby. Stinks of smoke. Noisy. Small rooms. Terrible shower. Uncomfortable bed. Tiny TV. However, parking is good and the hotel is central! Overall, at €45, fair value.

This is good value for money, but it’s showing its age, so it’s a good compromise, the staff are friendly and helpful, the place is clean and I would be happy to stay here again. The real down side is the lack of air conditioning and no lift for the upper floors. Good local breakfast, set me up for the day and a long drive.

It is ok for a night before catching the ferry to Dover. Very friendly on reception, parking secure with a gate and code entry. Would have preferred an earlier check-in and access to the parking while waiting to check in

Very strong stale smell of cigarettes. Myself and husband asthmatic - we’re using inhalers heavily all night. Son’s bad above ours had graffiti all over the wall next to his bed. Noise, fighting and music from other rooms all through the night meant very little sleep so we were very tired for our journey home. Very disappointing.

Dont believe everything that they offer. Really disappointed, offered bar and seating area with a pool table but didnt mention its only for a couple of hours per day 5 till 9. Looked like a hostel for the homelesss from the outside and the photos must be old because the rooms and areas definitely dont look that good. Breakfast was ok . Thankfully it was only for one night but they did over charge me to what hotel.com quoted me. Will be looking into getting a refund as i feel i didnt get the accommodation i expected.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it has secure parking. We easily walked into the city centre for dinner. Next to the bus and train station.
