Jen at the front desk was wonderful.

Excellent receptionists very helpful. Facility is very clean as expected.

The place is well kept and very clean. Our check-in person was great. Same experience on checkout. Everyone we spoke to in housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It has an average pool area, but it is ok for the location. The immediate grounds surrounding the Hotel premises is what you expect in a busy area.

Clean and comfortable rooms

It seemed clean and quiet. We like that. I did not like the fact that my room was changed from king to 2 queens because they were overbooked. Noone called to inform me ahead of time and it was too late to go somewhere else. Hilton let me down this time.

My pillows in the room had dead bugs on it. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff and she just handed me another pillow to replace it. House keeping didn’t change the sheets- bed was made with the same makeup stain on the bed. Pillows were flat/ deflated- bed was hard. It was very hard to sleep at night.

It is convenient off the expressway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were greeted and checked in by the very friendly Jennifer. Our room was lovely - spacious, clean and very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were very personable and helpful.

This property was extremely clean. The rooms were updated, and really clean. Staff was professional and cordial. The breakfast was small but good, and items were available the entire breakfast time slot.

Property is very clean. Staying overnight for cruise the next day and Property was Convenient to the port only 20 minutes away. Breakfast was good and had great coffee. Staff upon arrival was very friendly.
