Mike, the front office officer, welcomed us very friendly. He is very helpful. He gave us all our requests like connecting rooms. He also gave us early check-in before we asked for it. The hotel location was very convenient, easy access by buses or MTR. The MTR exit door is just across the hotel. The hotel room was also clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to all of you who are traveling to Hong Kong.

I really like staying here while in Hong Kong, the location is really the best, the MRT is in front of the hotel, the tram and bus stops are also in front of the hotel, it's just a short walk to Causeway Bay, there are lots of shops on the left and right sides, if you need anything, there's a 24-hour Circle K next to the hotel, close to restaurants, the hotel room is clean, the facilities are complete, the staff are very friendly and helpful, if I go to Hong Kong I will stay here again

The room is spacious with a bathtub. There is a dispenser at the end of the hall so you don't have to worry about what to drink. Close to MTR and bus stops. It's really really really really recommended ❤.

Location was very close to MTR, facilities were good, staff was helpful. Only mild complaint was the wifi. On my laptop the wifi kept connecting and disconnecting every other minute. But on my phone the connection had no problems.

The staff are all friendly, the location is in front of the MTR station, the room was upgraded from a standard king to a deluxe king suite. Stay 4 days 3 nights with grandchildren, thank God it's fun! After checking out, the backpack was left in the room, for 8 hours. When reported, all hotel helpful and safe. Thank You. So grateful.

In front of tin hau mtr gate a1 and near delicious michelin awarded restaurant sister wah beef brisket.

Wide room, convenient facilities as booked But the bathroom room was shabby than seen in the picture And the pool deck building closed Can not use and can not go to see the view as expected

The hotel is good and the location is very strategic near the MTR and bus stations.

The rooms are quite large. Clean. I bring a child. Given pillow bolsters and more drinks. Good location in front of MRT.

According to the picture. Rooms are quite nice and spacious. Super strategic location, opposite the bus stop and MRT station and close to the tram stop. Close to Victoria Park. Worth the price.

Good hotel, best view city. breakfast normally good. near with tin hau MTR. Only cross the road. Maybe next time will stay here again.

So so, breakfast ok the room is ok location adjacent to bus station tin hau so back to airport easily

The best hotel in terms of location (near exit mtr, Mc Donald restaurant, cafe de corral, hotstar), nice breakfast plenty of choice.

Hotel is really nice, good service, very near to all public transportation, MTR only few meter in front of hotel. lot of food near hotel, it was a pleasure to had wonderful experience there

L'hotel located on Tin Hau Station. 1 station from causewaybay. Nice hotel, good service, convenience store, mc donald, MTR station all near by. Local restaurant are all around.
