Horrible customer service. We arrived after check in time and someone was still cleaning our room. The room smelled like sewer. The a/c was not cooling. The room was sprayed after we said something and they adjusted the air. I requested a new room. We were promised a new room for the next day. Nothing happened. We had prearranged tours so we were on a tight schedule. The hotel staff never contacted us to see if we were comfortable. We stayed three nights and we did not receive a cleaning service even after requesting it twice. Somehow we survived.

I picked this hotel mainly because of its location and the photos looked nice, even for a single room. However, things took a turn for the worse when I asked to add breakfast to my booking. They told me the restaurant was under renovation, which wasn’t mentioned on the booking site. I wasn’t too bothered at first, but then check-in was a hassle. The staff member was rude and didn’t offer early check-in, so I had to leave my luggage and return later. The price I paid was way too high for the room I got, which had a tiny bathroom that was hard to fit into, and the toilet didn’t even have a door. The sink was also way too small for a hotel. Before I checked out, I asked if I could leave my luggage, and they said yes, but on the day I was leaving, the receptionist didn’t know about it because the storage was messed up by maintenance. There was a clear lack of communication! I also noticed that a French-speaking guest was treated much better than I was, even though I’m from the UK and only speak English. I didn’t even get an invoice for my stay; they just charged me when I arrived without any proof. It’s disappointing that in such a beautiful city like Paris, they treated foreigners rudely and with bias. I definitely won’t be coming back; this hotel doesn’t even deserve 2 stars.

Good place to stay

This hotel was great for our family stay of a few days in Paris. It isn't near the tourist areas, but the metro was close by and we enjoyed staying in a quiet part of the city. The property is well maintained, clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the paid breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was right value for money, clean . Wifi didn’t work as it should be but wasn’t a mayor issue .

We specifically booked this room for the AC but when we got there the AC wasn't working. It looked like it was already a problem for a while since there was two fans conveniently in the room and we wished they would have given us a heads up. Additionally, the cups in the room seemed like it wasn't fully cleaned and the wifi was very poor.

AC in room was broken and also there was no wifi signal. Both were known issue. could not sleep at night because it was too hot

Nice little restaurant, perfecto, right outside hotel.

Did the job for the night, but dirty cleanliness and inconvenient/uncomfortable location. Use the metro saved the trip. Also the fire alarms went off early in the morning which was inconvenient.

All was just great except the room temperature. All 3 of us had a try to adjust the temp to a comfortable sleeping temperature but we were unsuccessful at lowering it from 26.5 degrees celcius. As a result, we had to try to sleep with the window open. Paris was alive that night!
