We would never choose this accommodation again and we would not recommend it to anyone. When we entered the room, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, as if someone had never left, and there were hairs stuck all around the bathroom. The floor was dirty and we had no towels in the room. When I mentioned this to the manager, she replied that the hotel is self-service and that there is a storage room where we should go ourselves to get what we need. Fortunately, we found a woman in the hallway who helped us. The next day, the ceiling started leaking a lot of water. We sent a message and they told us there was nothing they could do, but that the following day they would change our room and refund us for that night. In the end, we changed rooms the next day and they did refund us for one night, which is a positive point for the accommodation. The new room was on a higher floor, but it should be noted that it is very difficult for anyone with luggage to climb the stairs. Finally, the hotel has a convenient location but the noise is constant from the street, the tram passing all the time, and the activity inside the hotel. We would not recommend it to anyone, even if the price is lower.

Ok I know its a budget hotel but as a hotel taking money from people you need to adjust the least things in the room, to respect the guests in whatever level they are. I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my friend but it was the horrible experience. Only and only a backpacker can fit in the room, if you have even one cabin size luggage you cant fit in the room. There is no single hanger nothing in the room that you can hang even a jacket, the toilet door handle was broke so we couldnt even close the door, they clean the room everyday but you never feel clean in the room, under the bed was tons of dusts and dirty, we found earrings of the previous guests in the room which was really disgusting. There is no elevator, the stairs are so steep that you can barely climb urself let alone ur luggage. There is no one in the hotel everything is handled via WhatsApp which is really ridiculous cose if you die in the middle of night in the hotel there is no one u can reach to. The location is not bad you can walk to city center 20 min and there are nice cafes and restaurants but nothing else worth paying for not even a single penny!!!

Disgusting 🤢🤢🤮 I have never seen such a dirty hotel room. I might have been able to overlook the fact that a power outlet is missing, that there are stains of paint (or some other substance) on the bathroom mirror, and that the toilet seat is already slightly yellowed. However, the fact that the bathtub is extremely dirty is absolutely unacceptable. We raised this issue at the front desk. The staff member told us that we should contact the manager ourselves. By doing so, the responsibility was shifted onto us, which I find extremely unprofessional. Any service-oriented hotel would take a complaint seriously and actively look for a solution. This approach in no way meets the standard one should expect from a hotel, especially when paying €500 for two days. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel disgusted in my room, and it seems that nobody cares at all. 🤮🤮🤮 No price reduction, no new room, no assistance whatsoever. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently did not work during our stay.

It's a digital access only hotel, but no one was available to contact before arrival or during. Except when fire alarms were going off for around half an hour, someone responded on WhatsApp. Fire alarms kept going off because of a room next door. There were also engineers coming in each morning to check detectors and replace them.. was not contacted about this prior to arrival or during. Cleaning wasn't great, the cleaners don't replace towels or bedding, they just refold them up and mop. I would not stay here again. A shame because the location is great. But if you are going to be a digital access hotel with no staff present, you had better get the logistics and routines spot on.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the location is nice. However, the staircase is VERY steep and VERY narrow. Luckily, I was only traveling with a backpack, but I imagine it would be very difficult to navigate with a larger suitcase or with any kind of physical ailment. It was raining for my time in Amsterdam and the roof of my room leaked for two whole days. The staff was generous and offered me a partial refund, but it was still a nuisance.
