The room is huge. Love the bed, very comfy and slept very well. The only problem is the AC is very cold and uncontrollable.

This isn’t a tourist hotel. It is more for business. If you want to explore Taipei, then you are about an 40 minutes away by car and an hour by train. The amenities are good and the staff is great, very helpful and accommodating

It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was more Asian, but there were some options I found enjoyable. They do have an American breakfast option you can order. I chose this hotel because it listed having a pool, but due to it being winter it was not open.

This was very expensive and over priced. The shower did not work it ran hot and cold and was not a constant temperature. One of the check in staff was grumpy and insisted she see my passport, felt like I was being checked by border guards! I was on holiday its supposed to be enjoyable to check in.

Great staff, big rooms, slightly dated. Good food but limited.

1) The Level M front desk closes at 10pm, which means there's no access to gym and other facilities after that time. Gym should be accessible at least till 11pm. 2) Breakfast was rather subpar.

It was great catching up with friends. Breakfast was not the best as the hot food was cold.

We were originally booked here for 1 night by our airline after our flight was canceled. We added a second night ourselves. Its pretty far from both the airport and downtown, so is not very convenient. There are a few stores and things nearby the hotel, but not much to be excited about. I really see no reason as a tourist to stay here. The free breakfast is awful. I am not just saying that because I am not used to the culture or its food. Their take on western, eastern or whatever it was I was eating was atrocious.

Pros: Large Modern Hotel, Reasonable priced Room Service Menu, Separate Bar and Dining Area, Scenic Interior, 7/11 and Fruit Shop close by, Airport Shuttle available at reasonable cost, Good Free WiFi in Room, Well equipped rooms. Cons: Located in a Commercial Area, Business Area Computers are set up for Chinese only working so I was unable to print out my flight ticked.

Great value for money for the hotel but count on $20 cab fee EACH way for the 30 min commute to and from airport(without traffic)

Chuto Plaza Hotel is far from Taipei around 1.5 hrs. No transportation service unless you made the additional payment. Receptionists can speck English. Variaties of breakfast.
