The property needs major rehab and how come there was no doorknob just a deadbolt?

I liked it as it was secluded. Rooms need a lot of work. Pool and outside grounds well maintained and 3 to 11 staff was excellent. No water on my last night. Place needs some TLC and it would be wonderful. It sits in the middle of an abandoned water park.

The hotel was close

Dirty room ever...the cheapest towels the had in the room.. i used the toilet for number #2 and it did not go nowhere caused if the toilet not flashing..when i took my shower i shower with my on dirty water cause the water did not go nowhere and it was just horrible..for $124 dollars it was a nightmare....

The bathroom in the room, has alot of stains. The pool got all the family worry it seem it don't get clean that often.

Llegamos a realizar el check in a las 11 pm y el personal fue bien amable y gentil. El cuarto tenia un olor a humedad bien fuerte. El baño no bajaba. Con todo eso y otras cosas continuamos con la reserva. Dia siguiente salimos a las 7 am y cuando llegamos el cuerto inundado el personal muy gentil nos cambio. Honestamente el lugar para lo que cobra por noche parece un Motel areas abandonadas y apariencia de los cuartos pobres. Para resolver esta bien. En mi experiencia no vuelvo.

Won’t Be Returning The place definitely needs an upgrade. The room was very humid, and the bathroom had mold under the toilet. To make things worse, there was no hot water for six days. Overall, not a pleasant stay—this will be my last staycation here. Upon arrival, the administrator informed us there would be no water for just one day. However, we ended up without hot water from Tuesday onward. By Wednesday morning, we wrote a letter to the owner, but we didn’t hear back until Friday—four days later. At that point, they offered to transfer us to another hotel, but we decided to stay due to the convenience of being close to my mother-in-law’s house.

Beautiful reflection pool, no restaurant as advertised,no hot water,no Internet, room smells of mold, they gave me the wrong room then a attude went I came to office to fix their mistake. RUN

No me pude quedar porque no tenian disponibilidad, hotel.com me vende la habitacion y despues que llego al hotel me dicen que no hay habitacion y no quieren devolver el dinero

Rm 111 was our room. Ac only had one speed and that was full blast.Door to bathroom was off and needed to be slam shut for privacy. Theirs no sign as you come off the Highway telling you this is the hotel. NO WI-FI sign in office looks like its been there a while.

Está muy bueno el lugar, pero realmente le hace falta muchas mejores y remodelaciones en sus habitaciones

Muy bueno por el precio. Deben dar mantenimiento a las áreas adyacentes y mejorar la iluminación de las facilidades. Deben dar un upgrade a los cuartos. Muy buen servicio al cliente
