We enjoyed our stay, nice room and were given a room with a nice view of the area, where all the action was taking place, restaurants, music , hill. The hotel is definitely ski in ski out 2 minutes walk from the Gondola. Room with loft was great!

Great location as we can come back to the room for lunch and avoid the overcrowded and overpriced chalets.

Perfect property! The one bdrm loft suite was beautiful! Morning breakfast was very good on the "standard breakfast included" scale.

Best option for ski in/out hotel with full kitchen in the area. The set up is amazing and the staff was lovely. The best part of this hotel is really how close it is to the lifts. This gives you the ability to walk a few steps to the lift come back for lunch and warm up and go back for an afternoon run.

The hot tub was warm on the Saturday and then cold on Sunday. Staff said they would have someone look at it and call us back, which did not happen. The hot tub was a big factor for our booking which was a let down.

The fireplace is gorgeous!

This hotel is awesome!! I especially like the outdoor hot tub. The only complaint is that there is a few step of stairs from the elevator to my room, I cannot use the luggage cart to move my luggage to room.

Great time

Location is absolutely perfect! Easy to stop in for lunch and get back to the hill quickly. Breakfast was average. Only real negative review is around house keeping. After night one we had new towels but bed not made nor surfaces wiped. We had to call for another dishwasher pod. Then second night they made the bed but didn’t take old Towels or leave new ones . After night three there was no housekeeping until 430pm.

I love the location. The rooms were large, and updated. The staff was so nice. I wish i knew the fireplace was not natural gas. I would have brought a duraflame log with me. I can not mention how helpful the staff was. The one front desk girl actually rubbed my daughter's feet. Above and beyond. The breakfast was not the best. Powdered eggs and limited options. I think a waffle machine could be a great addition. I love the ski locks they use there. I wish the ski locker room was on ground level, not a big deal. Nice hot tub, very cool lighting.
