Excellent staff and breakfast

Place was wonderful!

This hotel was very well situated, safe, walkable and there were restaurants around. The Staff were polite and very helpful. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and very clean.

This is a wonderful local hotel. The staff spoke English and were helpful in all my requests such as transportation, dining, reservations and tours. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

At first were given a room on a non quit floor by very noisy people. We had to ask to change room.

The quality of the service is excellent. Would recommend to anybody wishing to stay in Buenos Aires for some time.

The room though comfortable and clean has very dated furniture, somewhat difficult to charge devices (no USB ports anywhere) and plugs in hard to reach places. Bed side table are tiny. The room smelled a bit musty and the TV had connection issues. One the plus side - the lobby area is great and the daily included breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful boutique hotel, located in the Recoleta area. Easy access, walkable, safe area, a great Buffett breakfast.

Very nice hotel and close to many BA attractions and amazing restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpfull to get us ticket to a Tango show and info to a milonga

The hotel is an older property, the room are big the location is very good the front desk are very nice and always ready to help I have a little problem in my way out my bill has the wrong name and passport

This is a hotel with a personality -Evita Peron - of Lloyd Weber fame- stayed there a few years. Hotel is gorgeous, architecture, furniture, even the chairs in the breakfast area are leather. Very helpful staff. Just one block away from Alvear street with lots of shopping options for all wallets.

Loved the location and the staff

This is our second time staying at this lovely hotel, and we absolutely enjoyed it. Breakfast at Melia, accompanied by live music, is fantastic. Although they usually host it in the jazz room downstairs, it has temporarily been moved to the lobby on the first floor due to an ongoing construction project. While I understand this is only a short-term change, I wasn't very happy about having people with suitcases passing right next to my omelet during breakfast. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful. Thanks to the reception for arranging a welcome bottle of wine for us!
