Property and room were excellent. Getting into our building was a nightmare.... Key card never worked... Constantly had to go over to the office for help.

It was big and the staff was friendly the pool was good and uh the check in was great considering I came early and the weather was great but I guess you don't control that or do you ? Thanks

Room was nice! Location is great! Grocery store and restaurants near by. Staff was very nice and professional.

The location was very convenient for Disney visit but resort itself needs updating / upgrading. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The ice machine did not work. Our drinks were hot & our leftovers had to be thrown out because we did not want food poisoning. Resulting in spending more money. The front stove burner was broken. The washer machine did not drain, resulting in soaking wet towels. It is ridiculous when you ask for clean towels you are being asked to pay or wash towels in room. Absurd with a broken washer. Key card readers need replacing. They would intermittently work. We had to walk around building a few times due to the card reader not reading keycard.

The property is well located; a convenience store and restaurant options on property were a bonus. The apartment is spacious and offers lots of room, but is badly in need of an upgrade.

Dirty sheets and pillowcases. Failed to honor Expedia award level benefits. Said is Expedia’s problem. Never again

The property was clean and comfortable. The pools were very nice, the pirate ship was really cool. The game room was also ok, some of the games were not working. I wish there were more restaurants with more options. The pool bar was way too expensive. Overall it was a nice resort.

We are definitely coming back here the experience was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend!!

We have stayed here many times over the last few years and find it is perfect for families and for those on a budget. Having the kitchen and a full-size refrigerator in it is great to keep all your food and drinks. The property is within driving distance of all the places we wanted to go or you can just stay in your room and relax, use the pool, or just lay in the sun.

There were definitely some highlights and things we did enjoy about our stay, but I would not stay here again. They didn’t have my reservation when I checked in and it was handled, but we had to wait a bit so they could figure it out. It wasn’t the hotels fault, but a little more customer service would have gone a long way. The pool and slide were the best part of the trip. The pool and outdoor areas are clean and nice. The Irish bar and grill and the Pizza Hut express are good food options. Parking was easy and free. Elevators are fast. Some of the outer doors don’t always work with a key. The room was big but was lacking. There were blood spots on one of the sheets and one bed smelled a little like a wet dog like it was made before fully dry. There wasn’t any coffee either. There was a weird spot in the shower that looked dirty but I think it was just chipped. The room was clean otherwise. The king mattress was too firm and needed to be replaced. It had a huge hump in the middle and one side was had a huge dent. It was not comfortable The rooms could use an update, a little better cleaning, and a few additional amenities (like coffee).

I was told we had a “firework” view , but it was not. Our view was obstructed by the building in front of us.

I loved this property and I had no complaints

Close to the parks, shopping/groceries. Free shuttle, great pool, free pool towels. Rooms tired and outdated but this did not affect our stay. Cleanliness could be improved.

Rooms were nice and in good area. Hot water does not last long. Hot tubs were not warm. Kids enjoyed the pool.
