Great bed an very clean hotel.

Chaotic breakfast, sauna was switched off, no checkout flexibility for 30 mins

Restaurant is excellent and staff friendly. But our room was not cleaned and the rug was full of fur from a dog or cat. Enough to bother me even though my allergy is mild. Upon arrival we were told the parking was full. All in all a mixed experience.

Good hotel with AC!! The hotel is not the best but it’s still nice enough for a night or two. Breakfast was super crowded and it was kind of dirty, probably because the staff was overwhelmed at this particular hour.

Wonderful staff

I found this hotel to be very comfortable with nice pillows for example that makes it more like a home than hotels do generally. Very comfortable room and I slept especially well in it. Good sauna and a little gym also.

This is a gorgeous property! I have stayed at a few hotels in Gävle from the USA and this place has been my favorite! The breakfast is fantastic, the room was the best in town! Will stay again!

Superbra som vanligt och den här gången råkade jag ha namndag och då låg det choklad på rummet med grattis hälsning 😀

Ganska lyhört mellan rummen. Bra att man kunde öppna fönster! Närhet till uteliv & shopping!

Saknade skinka till mackor på frukostbuffen och tyckte man blev lite yr av hotellrummet då allt var snett i design. Sen var nattduksbordet riktigt rangligt. Annars var allt suveränt!
