Hotel is well located for the motorways just a couple minutes off of the junction. Nice hotel with bar. The restaurant was shut when we stayed so cannot comment- however` there are excellent steak houses near by. The pool was nice and quiet and a nice addition to their facilities. It is good value for the money

Good large rooms. No walk in shower! The bedrooms need updating.Swimming pool and gym facilities are good. Bar food was awful. Ordered fish and chips which were reheated and refried!!

The woman at check in was unhelpful, short and rude. The rest of the staff however, particularly the bar staff, were very helpful and friendly. The steam and sauna were not working and it was the first time I have been charged at a hotel to use a leisure club. The 10am check out is also unprecedented in any hotel that I have stayed in. This was where the receptionist surpassed herself in her rudeness.

No restaurant food only carvery. Bar food was real budget food and served my starter with main course!! Bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained.im afraid Dewsbury knock’s this Britannia hotel out of the park .

Very good for a Brittania hotel, Gym & Pool were reasonbly good, breakfast was ok, fair range of hot & cold and a reasonable quality for mid range hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful. I stopped using hotel as they used to charge for parking, now back to free so I will come again.

The whole hotel felt like it needed a clean and maintenance. Walls painting, cracked tiles replaced. The bed was worn and needed replacement

We were put in a room with a TV that was about 20 years old. But they move us to a better one. The breakfast wasn't very appetizing and the dishes were dirty. I also had to pay extra to use the swimming pool and hot tub

Pleasant stay

The staff were very helpful and caring and good listeners and supportive and understanding and patient with me.

We stayed in an accessible room as we had a wheelchair. The room itself was fine but there were no grab rails in the bathroom, except for the shower. The toilet is also very low. A higher one with drop down grab rail and fixed rail on the wall would be really useful and is necessary. The shower was also too difficult to access as the screen seemed to be fixed. More plug sockets are needed as we couldn’t charge anything unless we unplugged the lights, fridge or tv. Everything else was really good. Helpful staff, good breakfast. We have been before and will definitely come again.

I used the hotel for an overnight trip for Cheltenham races. It was good for a one night stay, a pool, comfortable. Evening meal on site and a good breakfast with helpful staff.

It was a good stay for the price, not an expensive hotel but it delivered a good quality stay. I didnt have a problem parking any night, the foyer is inpressive and pianist is a nice touch - especially upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were decent, slightly dated but you get what you pay for, the bathrooms were in need of some love but again - thats probably factored into the lower cost than other hotels. It was a convenient location for me and really close to Lickey Hills Country Park for nice after work walks. The lesiure facilities arent bad - again abit dated, but cant complain - only thing id say is the listing on here doesnt make it clear you have to pay £4 per day to use them in addition to your room or a weke pass is £10, worth doing and not expensive but should be stated clearer in room listing I think. I didnt try the bar and restaurant but it looked very popular. Happy with my stay overall and would stay again.

Not a bad hotel but rooms are looking tired. Meal in bar was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast ok. Staff were good and very helpful. Not the best hotel but reasonably priced and plenty of parking.
