Quality hotel, friendly staff, great room. We enjoyed our stay, great breakfast.

A good stay; the hotel is clean, and the room is spacious. Breakfast is good. We paid €14 per person for breakfast. It has a lot of variety. It's also convenient for guests with cars, as we could park in the basement for €18 per night. The building next to the hotel is a shopping mall. Walking to downtown takes about 20 to 25 minutes.

Good but old facility.

Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault the experience at all. The staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is great. Add to this an excellent location with parking for a super price and I really don't know how it can be beaten. We'll definitely return.

Very nice hotel kept immaculately clean. The room was sizeable and the bed was very comfortable. Also the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you.

This hotel was located in a perfect location. Walkable to all tourist attractions, and breakfast was so great. Quiet and clean and friendly staff. I will stay here again when I back to Granada

The hotel staff are great, the breakfast bar is fantastic, the room was generous sized & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. But there are a few negatives. The room could definitely get some talc, the flooring was broken away in spots, the tub/shower was hard to contain without water ending up all over, which resulted in some of the trim being wet & rotted looking over the years. Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because they showed an indoor pool & hot tub. But when we went to use them, we found out that you need to buy a wellness program for $22 Euros each for 1 hour, that’s $44 Euros per couple per night, a ridiculous cost for something that should be free & wasn’t advertised as having extra costs!

Easy to get to all interesting places in the historic center. Very nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Parking in premises was also very convenient.
