Alex at the front desk is amazing. The parking was super easy. Taxis are cheap in Granada. All the way across town and was only 7 euro. The breakfast is very nice. We liked the room. Overall great choice for our stay.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The decor is a little dated, but for the location it was it was great!

The spa was fun except for another woman who non-stop blathered to her friends which disrupted the relaxing environment.

Easy to find, bug clean rooms. Comfortable bed (the best we have had) in the south of spain in 2 weeks of traveling. Loved the roof top pool and decking ideal for a quick chill after walking ALL the tourist routes. Your staff at the desk could not be more helpful 10 out of 10.

Nice front area but our room was old. Washroom sink and bathtub was not draining. A lot of rust stains and handles were coming off. Should be renovated. I would not pay the price I paid for this. Location is good.

Anya the front desk manager went above expectation. Responsive, Friendly and Helpful. She was able to solve a problem with excellence.
