Lo bueno: El desayuno buffet bastante variado, la limpieza del hotel y las habitaciones, muy bien y la amabilidad de su personal también. Lo malo: queda lejos de todas las atracciones por lo que si vienes a conocer la ciudad no es una buena opción, te demoras 20 minutos caminando para llegar al centro y de ahí dirigirte a cualquier lugar. El Wifi estaba intermitente Las llaves de la habitación se desconfiguraban con facilidad El aire acondicionado era muy debil por lo que hacía mucho calor en la habitación. Además cuando limpiaban la habitación sacaban la tarjeta que da electricidad por lo que al llegar después de un largo día la pieza era un horno y terminábamos durmiendo con la ventana abierta y el ruido de los coches de la carretera. Nos tocó el gran apagón en nuestra estadía. La habitación completamente oscura, no habían linternas ni nada que el hotel pudiera ofrecernos. Solo funcionaban los ascensores y luces de los pasillos. Very happy to recommend, wonderful stay and convenient to visit Alhambra and other wonderful places in Granada Spain.

It was very noisy at night. The staff did not attend to the compliant about some drunken guests knocking the door of our room. Further, the hotel incorrectly charged my room for laundry service that I did not use.

The hotel was lovely, nice rooftop and swimming pool. Rooms were comfortable and polite staff.

Quality hotel, friendly staff, great room. We enjoyed our stay, great breakfast.

A good stay; the hotel is clean, and the room is spacious. Breakfast is good. We paid €14 per person for breakfast. It has a lot of variety. It's also convenient for guests with cars, as we could park in the basement for €18 per night. The building next to the hotel is a shopping mall. Walking to downtown takes about 20 to 25 minutes.

Good but old facility.

Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault the experience at all. The staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is great. Add to this an excellent location with parking for a super price and I really don't know how it can be beaten. We'll definitely return.
