Great hotel. Perfect location, facilities, highly recommend the superior room sea view. Stunning sun rises in the morning, simply perfect.

Disappointed that I am a platinum holder and I have been to this property 6 times in last 16 months and no extra upgrade or bottle of wine. I asked for some ice and was grunted at!! Seriously I’m going to try somewhere else!

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.(David) I hope that’s his name every afternoon would give excellent customer service in the bar area.They all do. Location excellent,rooms spacey and balcony over looking the sea priceless.

Great beach access, nice pool, friendly staff, and nice service.

Great location opposite the sea and 3 min walk from train. We had a 25th floor room with great views. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of fresh fruit, bacon, eggs cheese and pastries etc. Spacious lounge area and everything kept very clean.

Staff were friendly and hotel is a bit dated but generally ok. I found the bed was too soft, maybe being old and worn. Hotel beachfront rooms offer good views of ocean.

Welcoming and helpful staff. I particularly liked their inclusive stance on staff employment.

Hotel was great but the shower drain not good. Water filled bathroom and hall. Staff did not fix or offer alternative room
