Great apartments and very family friendly amenities.

Enjoyable stay. Loved how it’s how walkable to hastings street The steep climb didnt bother us at all and we quite enjoy it.

Unfortunately the room we had was extremely tired and dirty so we moved to another hotel.

We had a lovely family stay. Lovely apartment. Great pool. Easy walk to the beach.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our week long stay for our family of 4. Everything we required was in the apartment, we had secure parking for our vehicle and it was a short walk into town to the shops, restaurants, and beach. We enjoyed the use of the heated pool most days.

Rooms were dirty and noisy, we were moved to another part of the hotel and it was louder than the original

We love staying at The Rise. This was our second stay. The two bedroom townhouse with a view is perfect for us. Staff are always friendly. Look forward to coming back to The Rise again.

Large rooms with good facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bottom units overlooking pool are quite loud from road noise. Had issues with no internet due to a hardware fault which unfortunately took 3 out of our 4 night stay to rectify as no on-site IT which was disappointing for a busy time of year.

3 bedroom townhouse felt lovely, bright & open. Perfect location, short walk to Hastings street & great view.

Lovely apartment but between the traffic noise and crazy partying throughout the complex we got very little sleep.

The lifts only go to the first level (either side), carrying heavy suit cases up the stairs was difficult.

Very clean and tidy. Short walk to town. Friendly receptionist

Family gathering so location was important to us. Facilities were first class.

The rooms were nice the pool was nice however spa wasn’t when I went In And the card sometimes would not open the car park gate
