Room a bit outdated for executive room.

Our apartment was dated, tired and bathroom in need of renovation. Shower hadnt been cleaned - there was old soap in the shower base and the shower door was disgustingly dirty. We arrived exhausted so tried to catch up on sleep but as soon as we lay down a jackhammer started which contined for an hour. Wont return.

The room was perfect size and the staff was great we had a late check out and we used the pool for that afternoon also. Thanks Marrekesh

Would suggest more info on the Wotif site about what you get when booking a room here Eg -They don’t house clean if you book under a full week - As a result wet towels or you can hire towels for $5 each - If you want tea/ coffee or even toilet paper they give you directions to Woolworth’s ( you get a starter pack on arrival which lasts a day if lucky) - Was not what I expected from a large Motel like this

Lovely property, immaculately clean. Very comfortable. Nice staff, grounds are well kept and Rudys cafe is fabulous. However, if you're looking for something modern, it could do with a refurb, it's a bit dated and could do with painting and modernising.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had great facilities (washer, dryer, full kitchen). They provided a basic starter pack for washing (1 use only) so we had to buy laundry, dishwasher and washing machine detergent which all got left there (wasteful). Would definitely return.

Lovely apartment, clean, modern & enjoyed the swimming pool, gym & sauna. Staff were helpful & welcoming. We loved our stay.

The room was beautifully clean and well maintained. Perfect air con - in both the living room and bedroom. Kept it at 20 degrees if I needed, which really helped for first few days because I flew in from a cold climate. Staff were friendly and easy to chat to. Pools are beautiful, and the lobby was decorated for Christmas with a huge tree.

Overall was happy with Marrakesh apartments. Clean room, great ammenities and great location. The slight negative was there was a sign on dinning table in our room that you could smoke on the balcony and to even make sure I rang reception to confirm and was told I could smoke on balcony but yet the next door neighbour put a complaint in and aggressively confronted me in front of my 6yr old. Reception attended our room to inform us we weren’t allowed to smoke on balcony as new legislation came in affect on the 1/7/25.. surely it doesn’t take 6 months to remove signs and inform there workers of this policy.

Clean room. Decor a bit outdated but overall for the price I recommend.

Excellent location, so close to everything, and pool facilities, bbq etc was fantastic.

The rooftop deck was great to see the sunsets and the colourful birds. The pool and amenities were great.

I had such a nice stay. I definitely will keep this hotel in mind when I come back to the Gold Coast

Fantastic stay for my fourth visit to the Marrakesh. Room was amazing, very clean and freshly renovated. Will definitely be back and will definitely request same room on 10th floor.
