Charming room, great location, and super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Would make this “my” hotel for future visits to Paris !

We had a phenomenal stay at Veryste Hotel. The staff made our anniversary extra special and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The spa is great for couples and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet yet accessible part of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally located in the 9th if you're happy to walk within a 25 min radius of most attractions. It's a pleasant and safe neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel itself is very small as are the rooms which is most typical of Paris. Ideal if you're after just a place to sleep in a big comfy clean bed, albeit the room is tiny as is the shower room and separate toilet (without a sink) Personally I would not rate this hotel as 4 Star - it's in need of a refurbishment and tired looking. The pictures are a little misleading. Saying this the staff are pleasant and helpful and the rates are reasonable for Paris. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to places or get Ubers which are again reasonable.

Our overall experience is good, the staff's are very welcoming and helpful. The location is very central to things we kove to do and very close to the train station. But having compliments breakfast with coffee will have better for guests

Our hotel was charming and in a nice area close to all transportation. Staff were helpful and the room and common area were clean. Would stay again.

It is my fault that I left my ear buds in the guest room when check out. I realized that I did not put it in my bag a few hours later, and came back to the hotel. The hotel staffs said they did not find anything left in the room. The receptionist let me go into the room (house keeper already cleaned the room) and search. No trace of earbuds. I am sure I was using it the night before checking out, and it's gone quickly. I don't say any more, but it is suspicious housekeeper could take it for her/himself. It is very unfortunate.

We were owed a large refund, confirmed by the hotel in writing. The refund was never returned to our bank account and having contacted the hotel, they assured us that the refund would be with us shortly. It never arrived and the hotel has stopped responding to our emails. This was a business trip, so we now have to take more formal action against the hotel. I would not reccomend to anyone.

Very good location - about 300m to two metro stations, and a short walk to restaurants, pastry shops, Gare du Nord (RER), etc. Hotel staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Very professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. The hotel itself and the rooms are OK - clean, reasonable in size, but not as well-equipped, fresh or designy as they appear in photos. For example: small, thin towels, mediocre bedding, old carpets, etc. The value for the money is simply not there. I don't think this hotel, even for Paris, should be charging more than 100 euros (max) for the quality of the rooms and hotel.

Very friendly staff, décor and cleanliness

The hotel was perfect in terms of size and standard. Very spacious and comfortable. NO ENGLISH HOT BREAKFAST food. But when checking out the staff SAID was perfect. He showed me how to download app and book trains to Provence. Very polite and professional. I will return again.

We booked this hotel because it prided itself on being 4 stars. When arriving, even from the lobby, it didn’t not live up to this. It felt more like a travel agency both in the lobby and room. Way too many laminated papers and non-premium furnishings. The room was extremely noisy with paper thin walls. You could hear the metro which shook the room and also every noise even normal conversations from the rooms above and below us. We were on the 2nd floor. The bed has crumbs in it. There was a blood stain on the duvet. The pillows and bed were SO uncomfortable both of our backs and necks were hurt the whole trip. The air conditioning didn’t work even though we had it on. The vents made a noise but no cool air came out. When we asked for a fan they said we didn’t have one so we were too hot the whole time and room was 24•. The interior design looked really unthought out and felt more like a 2 star hotel. We stayed at several 4 stars hotels in the 9th and this one was definitely our least favourite and would not come back. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was the very friendly and kind staff. They gave us extra clothes hangers when we needed and were pleasant with greetings throughout the stay.

Excellent hotel, but definitely feels more like a very good 3 star hotel than a 4 star. From our room on the second floor we could very clearly hear and feel the metro every few minutes. Probably not an issue for some, or on higher floors.

Lovely hotel, close to metro and not too far from main train station and in a nice part of town. Room very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, breakfasts very good.
