From entry to exit, 5 stars!! I am returning next week and can’t wait to try their buffet!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel and room where cleaned and perfect for the occasion. Free and in-garage safe parking was very convenient. The staff was friendly. Location was great since it was near malls ans restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

We continue to return to the Biltmore because it’s close to the airport but also close to many restaurants and shopping areas in walkable areas

The receptionist spoke broken English and was not helpful at all in honoring my room upgrade. Breakfast was not good, and certainly not worth $22.
