Fantastic staff and rooms and location

Lovely lobby, convenient location, decent room and nice bathroom. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast too pricey.

One the lifts were not working properly and we stuck in the lift even They gave us panoromic view rooms, could not see any view from the room The bathroom was terrible, not easy to take a shower even the bathroom curtains were touching myself while taking shower and they were not clean. Not easy and safe to get in bath A/C was properly heating the room

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location to visit the historic sites and a beautiful and unique hotel. Loved the lobby, rooftop view and our balcony. Room was very clean and spacious.

Centrally located, walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast buffet was excellent and changed a few items daily. Lobby was stunning and the view from the fifth floor overlooked the porta palatina

Soundproofing was very bad. We could hear our neighbours on all sides. Very disappointing for a hotel in this price range. Staff were friendly. Room was clean with a good bed and a great shower.

An interesting building in the heart of Turin, next to the Dome. Parking garage next door. Friendly welcome, nice room, great shower, super choices for breakfast and a nice restaurant with terrace. Great place to explore Turin city centre on foot! Highly recommend!
