Jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were good features. Room was well kept and very nice. Other areas of the hotel could use some updates such as the fitness room. It has a basic breakfast of pastries and bananas, no eggs (without an upcharge) and no waffle maker!

The beds are super comfortable.

There was mold and the room was in need of some facilities maintenance care. The lack of upkeep in an aging facility was evident. The toilet seat is broken. The one air conditioner doesn’t work. It did not resemble the room I was anticipating. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very skimpy. For a relatively expensive stay in a hotel that resembled excellent quality in its advertising we left disappointed.

The sofa bed was not comfortable, and we rented a king suite for three Adults but we were only receiving towels for two even when I asked.

It was excellent- And the breakfast- surprisingly!! was quite satisfactory too! Overall- very pleased with the stay will always stay there again and again

Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a work trip so that is all I needed.

All good just needs a new carpet in room..

Staff wasn’t very helpful. We asked for a nice view and were put on the back of the building overlooking a Walmart and construction

Quick overnight stay after an overseas flight. My go to hotel when travelling in and about Toronto. Breakfast buffet is fair.
