Fantastic location if you are ok with an older and quite limited (in size and amenities) property. People were great and tried their best to "behave" like a top class Waikiki hotel.

Good location, and very quite not to crowded. Room was nice and cool, Bed was very comfortable. Although there is a little bit, I want to stress out there is a light shade in the room it was very dusty. Rather than that everything was very good. Myself and my husband enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. Thank you.

Good convenience to Waikiki and Kapiolani Park

Staff is extremely friendly. The place is very clean and nice. Parking was very convenient through there Valet service. The beach is less than a 3 min walk and they offer everything u need for free (beach towels, chairs, toys etc.. ) Loved it will be staying here again.

This is one of our favorite hotels ever. Beautiful, super friendly staff, so so comfortable, close to the beach, and all around worth every penny.

We had a good stay here! The location is nice and the staff is super friendly! The downside of the hotel is how noisy it is outside. We could hear everything right outside our room, got woken up early most mornings. It’s also 49 dollars a night to park. Other than that, it was a good stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Renew. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The location is incredible!! Walking distance to the beach, zoo, and restaurants.

An older hotel. Expensive fees that you must pay upon entry

This hotel is in a great location. It's on the east end of all the Waikiki action and 1/2 block back from the sand. You can walk to everything and there are a million dining and shopping options around. I really liked the location and it was easy to get around. The room itself was nice and clean and comfortable. No complaints about the room at all. The staff was super pleasant and friendly and the lobby was nice. You HAVE to use valet at this hotel, there is no self parking at all unless you park a few blocks away on the street. Valet is about $50 per night and is required. The valet guys were great, just didn't love that it was required. There's an ABC Store right next door which was handy. I highly recommend this hotel and location.

My stay was perfect. And the valet workers are amazing. Will come back to stay with Hotel Renew again!

Great hotel, very close to beach and restaurants

All the hotel staff were kind and accommodating, readily assisting us with float and beach chair rentals. Even after check-out, they kindly stored our luggage, which was a great help.
