Really lovely hotel

Great location for an early flight. It's 3mins drive with an uber.

Very nice staff!

Spacious room that was right at the front of the hotel with a good size balcony and great sea views. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Ordere the room two months to early. 5 minutes after the payment i called and spoke with the hotel. Even after Hotels tried to help me they didnt want to help. Wanted to order two more doble rooms but happy that i didnt. Dont want to leave money in a hotel with so poor custumer service.

Excellence service. Very clean in the public areas. Quiet. Good breakfast and dinner. Perfect location. Free Bali beds-perfect extra for your relax. In 5* hotel inPalma they were charging 40€ for the day.. Not sure why our cards didn’t work for the rooftop terrace. But as we were there just for the day and a half-it didn’t bother us. Definitely recommend this hotel

Great hotel looked like newly renovated..so excellent facilities..we had a 3 night break here.half board .. great food... very easy by bus 35 to get to Palma..only a 7 minute walk.. would highly recommend a stay..

Excellent Hotel

Staff professional and friendly, room clean, overall great experience

The pool only opened at 10am, which felt a bit late for September. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is perfect for a quick weekend break as it’s so close to the airport. You can see and hear planes, but we expected this, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was fine overall, although the cappuccino didn’t really taste like one. A highlight was the great walk and cycle path right outside the hotel that leads all the way to Palma. We also hired bikes directly through the hotel, thanks to their partnership with a nearby cycle centre. Bike hire 8euros per day.

The restaurants on property were excellent. The staff were always freindly and helpful. The one and only complaint was the glass shower door leaked to the outside floor. We had to lay towels on the floor to absorb the water after every shower.

I had an amazing week at this hotel. Booked a club room and I would have to say that it was totally worth it! The bali bed on my terrace was an absolute touch. Hotel was clean, service was excellent and big shout out to David on reception who was awesome. Highly recommended to anyone

Fantastic hotel, excellent location and extremely helpful staff

During my recent visit to AluaSoul hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the highest of customer service provided located in a great area. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the accommodations. The bed in my room left much to be desired; the mattress was torn and lacked the firmness I prefer for a good night's sleep. While the culinary offerings were outstanding, the comfort of the lodging did not meet the same high standards. Overall, I would highly recommend AluaSoul for your stay.
