Clean room, friendly staff, speedy and tasty food!

Loved the character of the room. It was elegantly styled, spacious, and had lots of high-quality consumables included (though some, like the sleeping mask, do need to be paid for). Breakfast is table service, not buffet. Good quality ingredients used.

Very nice stay

Bar area is nice with big TV. Rooms need complete refurbishment. Carpets in corridors are old and musty. Housekeeping staff should get more training.

A stunning hotel. Amazing room for families and incredibly thoughtful for kids whilst staying, providing a bed time hamper with hot chocolate and bed time stories. Very clean and a delicious breakfast. Will definitely be staying again!

Stayed for 5 nights and everything was excellent . The elevator however was not working our entire stay but that did not affect us as we were on the ground floor. Great room and location and fantastic food. Would definitely recommend . Btw loved the doona so much I ordered one online for home

Great well located Hotel . Off street parking a bonus and walking distance to Teddington High Street. The list was not working when we stayed but tha did not bother us as we were located on the ground floor. We didn’t try the breakfast but had dinner at the Pub and it was delicious. Would definitely stay, ear and recommend this place to others .

I love this place but the Wifi doesn't work throughout the hotel. This is a problem and needs to be sorted asap. very annoying. it's clean, comfortable and the rooms and showers are lovely. please sort wifi!

Very friendly staff but the TV didn't work, or at least the on button on the remote didn't

The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and we also had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. We would definitely stay there again

Good location, satisfactory cleanliness and good size rooms. Unfortunately, the trip was let down by the false advertising of kitchen opening times, which was a key factor that lead to booking the hotel, as I knew I would be arriving back late. I was able to order at 21:20 but was then told the kitchen had been closed despite saying the kitchen is open until 22:00. No apology was given and no alternatives offered for places in the local area.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. It would be great if you could get a hotel licence, so residents could have a drink in the bar until midnight.

Always a good option for a local stay. Simple but has quite a luxurious feel.
