Nice no frills hôtel. Nice Little kitchenette, warm shower, large bed. Simple but good breakfast. The coffee machine is probably the we got so far on this trip. Hotel has no parking but there is nearby parkade at 22 Euro per day and complicated to access either by car or on foot.

The property was in a good location for my stay. There is a car park near by, but please be careful on Saturday's as there is a market on the upper part and they will tow your car away if it is on this part. Cheap enough, clean enough for a short stay and we were pleasantly suprised by the facilities in the room, although no hairdryer.

Couple passing by to see the family. Place is god value for the money. In the midst of being revamped...once completed, it will be even better. Well located, walking distance to most places and even a tram to get you wherever you want to go.

dingy walls, dirty carpets, falling off silicone. if someone is you are there only sleeps, you can survive. I waited a week for the deposit, when I was informed that I would get deposit automatically after check-out. The only pluses are the location and drinking water.

Good location and staff but old property with room keys that get sometimes stuck inside the lock, damaged shower and fridge, stains on carpet.

The photos on the website were very nice but when we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the carpet and furniture were stained and dirty. The shower was also dirty and uncomfortable to use. The dining chairs and kitchen sink were broken. The kitchen was wet when we arrived and water spilled from the sink soaking the floor. The double bed was unfortable to sleep in due to the mattress and the stairs from the loft are very steep and dangerous. I was very disappointed as the reviews and pictures do not match the hotel at all. Lastly, the staff left us waiting downstairs when we wanted to check out because one member was busy on the phone and the other was lounging.

Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms sizes and kitchen equipment was pretty good. No cleaning happened in the room during the 3 days we stayed there (also no refill of toilet paper...). The very large balcony window did not close at all. It was impossible to lock it so it always stayed a little bit ajar all day and night long. One of the blinds was broken and could not be opened.

I had a big comfortable double bed, wardrobe with enough hangers and space for clothes, a small balcony and a fan. Lots of power points (9). There was no cleaning included in the price if you stayed less then a week and you have to empty your own bins. Toilet paper and bin bags can to get from the reception. The cable to the microwave is too short but you can ask for a extension lead. I had a crack on my toilet seat which was changed the same day I reported it. No safety box. Fire escape instructions is in french only!!!

To clarify the very confusing check in info listed, there *is* a reception desk but it is only open from 8 to 12 and 3 to 8. We received an email asking if we wanted to pay for early check in. I wrote back to say yes and clarify if there was even a reception desk, but received no response. We showed up blind to discover the actual hours, and had to lug our bags around for 2 hours waiting for them to open. The photos of the rooms are very generous. It was small and cramped, and there is no shelf with decorative objects. That shelf houses kitchen supplies, although I'm not sure why you would need 15 plates in a room that barely fits 2 people. Also be aware that there is no housekeeping. We were staying for 5 days, so this was frustrating. The biggest issue with the room is that the is nowhere to hang any clothes, not even a hook on the wall for a coat. A fan would have been nice too, it was unbearably hot in the room. The window does open, but we were on the lowest floor and didn't feel comfortable sleeping with it open. A higher floor might not have this issue. Overall there were no little details that made this a good hotel, just frustrations. The only positive thing I can say is that it was cheap.

Hassle free check in and great value for money if you book well in advance. The Cleaning of utensils could have been better.

Check-in was a bit of a struggle. No one was at the desk, and we had to stand around and wait a while before someone finally helped us. But the room was more or less fine, and a very cheerful and helpful person was there at check-out, so that part was seamless. I wouldn't recommend it, but the experience wasn't absolutely horrible in the end (we were worried for a while).

Only 1 towel and 1 water, despite booking for 2 persons. The shutter on the patio door was broken, so we had no daylight in the room at all. I can’t sleep without a window open, as this was the only opening my partner had to suffer my snoring all night!!! Alll in all it was cheap and Staff did offer another room. This however was equally as bad.

Very well located room with stove top, fridge and utensils which meant you could self cater. Only down side was no air con as it was really hot. Friendly reception staff who allowed to to store our bags on last day.

The Hotel is in convenient, fairly central location, their booking info states check in time is 15.00 then prior to travelling we were asked to confirm our check in time so we confirmed and turned up at our expected time of arrival 15.00 only to find the place was locked up. A sign on the door stated their reception closes at 12 noon (on Sundays). Two telephone numbers were offered, on the first somebody mumbled something then disconnected, the second explained the door entry code and where to find keys. This Hotel is relatively cheap which perhaps explains the shabbyness of the general interior and rooms.

Room 308 had a door that was hard to lock, a shower with mold stains, an electric heater hidden under the desk, a microwave oven connected to an outlet with two extension cords, a ripped chair, and a broken trashbin. Nothing serious but didn’t feel like anyone was actively maintaining it.
