Clean room, reception staff nice

We ended up leaving the accommodation as it wasn’t safe for my child. Water was coming in the room and he slipped over because of this. The sheets were stained, furniture marked and scuffed

Great location. Aircon wasn’t very good and leaked over the bed one day so it was soaking wet.

It was terrible i found bug on the counter and there was water on the balcony

Fantastic location

The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. Here on the app it says that check in time is from 2pm, we arrived at the property at 1.30pm and there was nobody and the door to the Reception was closed. We rang the bell few times and nobody answered. There was a notice board saying that the Reception is closed from 2pm to 3pm and to ring the bell if needed. Still at 1.30 there was nobody. We tried again at 2.30pm and a lady answered the intercom saying in a rude english that the Reception will open at 3pm and hang up. We had to wait with two kids under 9 at a nearby park. At 3pm we went and the lady was not very welcoming, almost looked tired or not happy to be there. She gave us the keys after explaining in rush the where was our entrance. In the room we found just two pairs of cushions and one single duvet and two single lightweight blanket. I did not want to go and ask for more duvet as she seemed so disturbed. Check out is from 11am but again nobody was there so we left the keys in the letter box.

Simple effective good

Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't really moan about the place itself. The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. Mainly groups of Italian/dutch teenage girls screaming and getting drunk so I would say to the owner, please think about this and perhaps put these groups in an apartment to one side so they don't bother the other 8 neightbours they have. Other than this it was all very good.

Good afternoon we arrived late so informed econotel of late arrival and theye-mailed me to say no problem just ring bell once and night porter would be there to give us our key. We rang about 15 times over four and a half hours Eventually reception phoned to say they had missed all these calls.We were very very cold and were sitting in apts car park for almost 5 hours. Managemen told us we would be compensated for this by Expedia as you had our bank and card details.PLEASE ADVISE AS VERY ANGRY AND VERY COLD WATCHING MY 76 AGED WIFE CRYING

Good place to stay however could of done with more insructions about the apartment like how the air-conditioning works and appliences. And also someone there earlier then 10am in morning as we needed to checkout before then. Otherwise nice place to stay bedroom was nice and clean and a great view.

Old dated building and decor. Looking out over a building site. “Saving electric” so had to use mobile phone flash lights to get up stairs. Poor bar area

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and nice views from the higher floors. Decent sized balcony. Plenty of storage space. We will return in the future.

The location is great and the shops are friendly but the property could have taken more advantage of the down season and made some needed repairs. The water heaters in the kitchen look like they may fall off any time, the shower curtain was mildewed, and the mattresses were one step away from being a box spring. There are many permanent tenants who complain about having normal conversations on the balcony at night and the A/C filters were so dirty they were overworking and not producing cold air. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it was what I’ve come to expect from an apart hotel in Spain so far.

These apartments are extremely clean, although with limited housekeeping once u arrive which we prefer, with super friendly staff & in an excellent location so close 2 the beach

If you stay in this hotel, be careful with your belongings. I returned to my room to find the photo page from my passport had been ripped out completely. I am now concerned about identify theft. I believe this must have been done by someone with access to my room, a maid or hotel staff member perhaps.

These apartments have everything u need & r very spacious. The location is just perfect 4 the beach & restaurants plus at a very flat section of the resort 4 those who struggle with hills. The staff both at reception & the pool r extremely friendly & helpful. Can't wait 2 go back.

Basic clean apartments in a great location. 5 beaches, supermarkets, pubs, bus stop within walkable distance. WiFi works, TV works. Apartments equipped with Microwave, Fridge, basic kitchen utensils, TV, AC, WiFi. Airport shuttle bus leaves from near the apartments. Comfortable beds, pillows could be better. Receptionist was polite and helpful. We had a good stay for one week and would love to stay here again in future.

Very friendly front desk staff and good location. Pathetic Wi-Fi.
