Hotel in middle of everything. Easy walking to restaurants and sights. Very clean. Staff was incredibly helpful & friendly. Handicap room was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Wifi did not work for the 4 nights we were there. The hotel felt more like a 3 star rather than the 4 star we saw on the website.

We loved this hotel. Location was amazing. We could walk to the Colosseum (<15 min), the forum (<10) and Pantheon (15). Lots of restaurants and shops. And the room was clean and spacious with two pull out couches and a king bed. Breakfast was totally worth the 12 euros. Delish eggs, fruit, cheese, meets, veggies, and deserts plus cappacino, espresso, lattes, and several juices. The staff was great and eager to make our stay nice. And they gave a 20% discount for meals a Antico Castillo Cafe next door, which was excellent and fast.

Yes that was all fine, loud music from outside was not to great.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Water pressure and shower is terrible. Although it’s in city center, which is a great location the hotel itself is loud all night long due to the outside noise. The staff was wonderful and very friendly
