I had a change in plans at the last minute. Grace the evening clerk handled my situation with patience, confidence, and her knowledge and experience. She knew the booking system so well, she assured me every step of the way, of what should happen as she changed my reservation. She was successful and I was very impressed and appreciative! Good job!

Nice property, only spent one night, AC was functional but did not cool to my preferred temperature. Not a huge issue.

Nice size room. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Had a dog potty area with bags and a trash can. Nice bonus.

It was an ok stay. The place was clean. The breakfast was so so. They only had knives and spoons. But it was an ok stay.

My first room was nice, but I encountered issues when I showered and discovered no hot water. After trying to call the front desk, no one answered the phone. I went to the front desk myself, only to find no one was there, and the phone kept ringing. After waiting a while, someone finally arrived at the front desk and gave me another room. In the new room, I had another problem: the glass sliding door in the shower wouldn't close and would slide back open while I was showering, so I had to use one hand to hold the glass door. The following day, housekeeping unexpectedly entered my room despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. It turned out that the front desk had failed to inform housekeeping about my room change, even though I had already checked out. Initially, I had planned to stay one more night, but the woman at the front desk asked me to do a late checkout for the entire day and remain in the room while housekeeping sorted things out, which was quite unexpected.

From the moment I entered the lobby and noticed the clean smell, then greeted by Grace, who was so friendly and professional, I knew I chose the right place to stay. Grace was always so pleasant each time I passed the front desk. And Crystal, who restocked and cleaned the breakfast area was not only nice but also hard working. She was always cleaning each time I passed through the lobby. My room was small but had a mini fridge, microwave, and several charging ports. And the air conditioner was fantastic! Kuddos to Grace and Crystal, I will definitely be back!
