Excellent hotel, comfy room, great breakfast. Great base for our day trips.

Very clean room Breakfast ok but fried eggs were hard because they were kept warm for too long and not refreshed Poached eggs - cooked to order - yolks were hard Nice coffee machine

Stayed here with my fiancé for a weekend away. Clean and well equipped room. Lovely bed and nice bathroom. Impressive range available for breakfast. All in all a great stay.

Amazing interior, free brew and hot chocolate station on 1st floor. Spa waa nice too

couldn’t fault a single thing. From start to finish everything was amazing — the staff were welcoming, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was outstanding and easily a 10/10, with great quality and service throughout the stay. The whole place had a brilliant atmosphere and was perfectly suited for a busy race weekend. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect solo trip!!

A deposit was taken for each night I wish I would have known this before booking as it left our holiday spends short! Also I was charged around £33 pounds over on my final bill not sure why as when we checked out they told us there was no charges to our room ! Didn’t enjoy our stay wasnt really given any information when booked in would not stay again !

Clean room, food at buffet was good, a decent selection. Staff were friendly.

Excellent stay, lovely room and hotel

I had specifically booked a king-size bed, but the room had two single mattresses joined together. Upon enquiring, I was told that the hotel does not offer king-size mattresses, which makes the room description misleading. Furthermore, the TV casting facility was not working.

Room and bedding clean and adequate. The spa and pool area were very good. The restaurant had lovely staff helpful and polite. The food and coffee machine could have been a bit hotter.

Loved this place. Just was a bit shocked about the additional Pet charge aa I thought it was included. Apart from that it was great

Haven’t had breakfast yet but check in was not smooth The receptionist was lovely but the manager not so The room didn’t have the extra bed in we sat in bar having a coffee and was told manager was going to come talk to us but this didn’t happen Asked at reception and was told to go to room where manager was waiting then we had to move room although there was now an extra bed in the original room When we asked we were told another guest wanted this room with this configuration of beds which as it turns out was the same as the new room The receptionist I saw when we first arrived was very helpful it’s just the manager who wasn’t

Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. We'll definitely be back soon..a great big.thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay PERFECT !
