Right across from the water

This hotel is in a high density area Palm Cove. All aspects were fine the property is just a bit dated and the lack of seal around the door. Nice outdoor space with seating and gas bbq.

Very convenient to beach and dining facilities. Could walk to most points of interest for us. Nice pool and helpful staff.

Well aged property, need major renovations.

Good value for money. Great location right on the main road. Clean room with a nice balcony. Mini kitchenette for basic food prep was perfect. Pool area was nice although spoiled by a loud family with kids constantly screaming, but not much you can do during school holidays and the type of clientele the price attracts. Would stay again though outside of school holidays

Beautiful location. Comfortable rooms with good air con and WiFi. Friendly and helpful customer service. The pool area is very nice with a good atmosphere.

I took a cheap room, it was a little noisy at times with scraping chairs above me and the vacuum cleaner going from 7.30am. Nothing some ear plugs didn’t fix. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was clean and great for a relaxing swim.

Cleaning mid stay was an extra charge. Towels were thin and lacking. 1 bath towel each for a 6 night stay. Comfortable enough for the little time we actually spent in the room. Bed was comfy.

Great location, beach right across the road, friendly staff, would definitely come back again.

Staff very friendly & informative. Could have extra lounge chair in outdoor balcony, as only one between 2 people. Need to be wary of ants re not leaving any food around.

I paid extra for a pool view room and we couldn’t see the pool at all- false advertising! All we could see was the back wall of the spa under a shelter. Disappointing.

Was a great location, easy walk to the beach and lots of dining options. Staff were excellent and the facilities were decent. Nit picking, the beds were a little soft for my taste, it would have been nice to have locks on the bathroom doors, and the limited parking meant having to park in another street about 150m away. All up though, a really nice place to stay for a week.

It was lovely to have a home base to return to after a day of tours and adventures. Guests should know that garage parking is limited, though I always found parking, if not in the garage, then in the street. I appreciated the onsite washing machines.

Good location. Basic self-service accommodations. Clean, large studio room. Check in was available early and easy process. Unfortunately no way to make coffee. Would be nice if hotel provides a coffee press. We were hassled a bit about asking for one more hand towel and wash cloth. Apparently you only get one each for each room. A bit stingy. Our room was close to the street but not too loud after about 10pm.
