Our stay was lovely, the only room for improvement would be the hot food at the buffet

Food was average & most staff are slow & rude. Will finish their conversation before serving you at the bar & will take 5 minutes just for a glass of water. All inclusive was definitely a mistake, if you’re not with a family I would not recommend staying here

Pleasant stay. We were very impressed with James at reception who checked us in at 130am. We were told that a cold evening meal have left for us in the dinning room along with tea and coffee if required, which was unexpected and very nice. We were half board. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Being half board we could choose daily to have lunch or evening meal. We were a little disappointed that tea and coffee was only available at breakfast and not a lunch or dinner. This was compounded by not having tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. I think the hotel should at least have one or other. Otherwise a very nice stay, friendly and helpful staff.

Liked everything apart from the coffee and tea not made fresh and proper entertainment was lacking

too much noise. Air conditioning did not work well.

We had 3 nights stay 7th Sept to 10th sept. Very relaxing and chilled this time of year!! The Hotel was very nice, clean and food v good. In particular the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The location was very central to amenities and the strip and beach about 6 or 7 minutes walk. Would deffo recommend

The hotel was average. The hotel itself was located centrally so allowed easy access. However breakfast was average. Rooms were not cleaned everyday, when they were cleaned the only way you could tell was because the beds were made up and towels were re-placed. Everything else was barely touched.

It was advertised as a family hotel but it was full of large groups of boys who were drunk at the pool in the afternoon and extremely loud. They would come back to the hotel at 6 in the morning drunk, yelling, running up and down the corridor and slamming doors. If you want sleep don’t stay here.

The restaurant menu was good. The welcome reception was unsatisfactory. Waking up every day at 4am because guest were returning from late night partying and banging on their doors. The wall insulation was very poor as you can hear the communication and music on the other partitioned room. I had to ask the cleaning staff to change my bedding. The entertainment was not interesting. I would rate ig a 3 star. Its not like the Atlantic Park hotels have been too

Buffet Staff are great, but there are busloads of Spanish senior citizens groups at this hotel that will stare and chatter at Black women.

Busy local hotel to Magaluf, comfortable room with good working a/c and mini fridge. Lifts are bit of a pain as there is only two for 9 floors. Food was decent, we had half board for breakfast and dinner as we were out exploring the island all day so this worked better for us. We were surprised that drinks were extra per person of €5 each per day so we didn’t opt for this. Pool is a good size with outdoor bar. Free on road parking if you hire a car.

Hotel ok but was better food last year, has gone downhill a bit.

Have just had the best 10 days here a can not recommend the food and service here enough. Lovely place to stay and great position for the water parks and beach.

Calm hotel, good hospitality but its the furthest from the strip

Great hotel, nice stuff, within walking distance to the beach and nighlife.

Acceptable hotel if value for money, friendly check in with lady, other staff of recetion need some professional trainings, very nice restaurant staff, standard food, poor entertainment, poor cleanliness of the room (pillows with hairs). On third night floor was not cleaned and sheets not changed when we ask gentelmen from reception.

This hotel is at the start of the Magaluf strip, which eventually leads Palma Nova. It’s a few streets from the beach in a rough area. Outside is a wasteland/carpark were youths meet 3-4 nights a week in cars. Park up from 11pm to 6-7am playing loud music, drinking/drug taking. So, don't expect much sleep in this hotel. The guest mix is Spanish/Italian/English and French. Mainly Spanish, age range from kids to mature adults. Majority is teen and young adults, typical of hotels of this sort they get up late drink all day and out all night enjoying the nightlife. Had issues with young Spanish, once being verbally abused in lifts by girl with her boyfriend who made it clear she didn't want me at the hotel. So, a bit risky in and outside the hotel for a certain demographic. The staff were fair or cordial at best. Polite on arrival. Had issues with staff in the Restaurant and the Bar. Mainly the younger male staff but two stand outs, an older man welcoming guest to each meal ignored me at each, muttering and scowling turning his back as I entered. The second, a younger taller black-haired waiter who again tried to make it clear he was not happy serving me every chance he could. Again, scowling and muttering. I must say my only offence was to be young male and foreign. I didn't drink at meals, at the bar or in the presence of hotel guests. Caused no issue and kept myself to myself. The only positive for this hotel is the desert options, real variety. Food is good if caught warm.
