The room was clean, the staff were very helpful. We had two dogs and they accommodated us to make our access easier (first floor instead of second, sliding door to parking was ideal for in and out with animals). Hotel itself was freshly updated inside. Now for our one and only complaint. THE OUTSIDE. It is not good for business when the grass around the parking lot is not trimmed and neat. There are overgrown weeds everywhere, creating a bad first impression. We had booked a room and were very happy with everything else. But I warn you that if people are coming in off of the highway and pull up to your hotel to see if you have a room available, the outside appearance is EVERYTHING. We travel a lot. This is always a warning sign to us. It seemed like the hotel was somewhat connected to the restaurant next door (perhaps no longer but their parking lot was right next to the hotel and it would appear that at one point they were connected). I will name names: it was the IHOP. Their building and parking area was even worse - again, not casting a good light on your premises. I would suggest that you work on neighbourly relations with them because people might drive right on by your hotel since the outside of the buildings seemed to match.

Convenient location, friendly front desk staff, clean rooms and a nice breakfast included. Great value.

As going under a big renovation so there was a temporary entrance which was a little hard to find. Rooms are smaller but did their job. The staff at the breakfast were kind and helpful. The buffet area was kept very tidy in the moment and well stocked. Right next to the highway but limited vehicle noise. We had no problem sleeping. A little far from historic downtown, but much more economical. Close to restaurants, King’s Crossing/shopping and movie theatre.

Unfortunately this place has no elevator so need to lug belongings up stairs if on second floor. “Cleaning product” scent in the hallways. Other than that, all was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Typical included breakfast was good.

It was hard to tell whether to give it a 4 star or 5 star result to the amenities and maintenance because they were in the midst of finishing a renovation to their front entry. They were managing the disruption quite well, though.

Everything was great, we had a very comfortable rest on a long road trip!

The room was great, very big and carpeted. Breakfast was simple but lots of fast food or sit in dining options around. Will definitely stay here again.
