We recommend the Toscana Ambassador to everyone, as we had a great experience with its cleanliness, hospitality, friendliness, and an extraordinary breakfast, with excellent service from Ada & Julia and the rest of the crew, from the front desk to room service. If you ever visit Poggibonsi, Tuscany, stay here with no hesitation.

Excellent emplacement pour explorer la région. Facile de se trouver un stationnement gratuit en face de l'hôtel. Chambre propre, mais relativement sans charme, plutôt impersonnelle côté déco, mais tout ce dont on a besoin y est toutefois, donc je recommande si vous cherchez qqchose d'efficace, abordable et fonctionnel. Le déjeuner buffet est très bon!

The staff took great care of us. Found us a late night taxi to take us to and from wedding at wine villa. Served Beers after bar was closed (fyi— the bar was never open). Made up the room even with do not disturb on door. Easy, close parking!

It was smelling like mold and the elevated was not working, the hotel is super old We asked for reimbursement and we moved to a different hotel.

This hotel was very suitable for our 2 night stay. It is fairly modern, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the so called restaurant was non-existent during our stay but fortunately we could find dining options nearby. There's also a local supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay again.

Friendly, helpful staff

There is no restaurant or cafe on the property. No room service. We reached late and we're hoping to order in after a long tiring day but no options. Room was comfortable. Internet was very slow. Breakfast buffet was good. No taxi service, hotel concierge helped us book a private taxi for return as we had a lot of luggage. Train station and bus stop close by. If you intend to travel to Florence or Pisa, this may not be most appropriate location due to the distance. Overall the hotel worked well for us.

Very nice hotel with modern rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast had a good selection and there was cold free water in the room for us at check in. They let us check in earlier than booked which was great. Close to the train station, 10-15 min walk, for this using public transport.

Quiet area

Nice stopover. Staff friendly and polite. Room was very nice but some parts of the rest of the hotel looked a little tired. Short walk into town where we had a great evening at a local restaurant.

The stay was good, staff was really nice and friendly. Location is good 30-60 mins drive from major attractions. I would not rate the hotel as 4 star may be 3.5. As it had just basic facility.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Check-in was swift. The reception was helpful and responsive to all of our special requests.

Needs a bit id restoration, repair in the rooms, more modern features, clear instructions for the safe, working fridge with water

We really enjoyed the area. Staff at hotel was fine, I just need to remember to be specific when reserving room, because you probably won't be able to once your arrive. We ordered a triple room when we arrived wanted to change to double or just one bed. Like I said we managed.
