The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)

The location of the hotel is excellent with a very convenient ski equipments lock room, just a few mins walking from the ski lifts. We took the half board, finally it ended up a very good decision, the breakfast and buffet dinner were very tasty and delicious with a lot of choices and everyday the menu were different. The only downside was the room was a bit small without any view, and in the bathroom there was no ventilator, the room could get quite humid after a shower. There was no parking lot at the hotel.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. Beds were like, put up beds, damp and crumbling plaster around the windows, restaurant was like a canteen. Never had to pay to use the sauna, when staying at a hotel

The hotel itself is great. Very clean, comfortable rooms and the staff were fabulous. My only complaint is that it was excessively hot. I would have left the window open at night but the noise from people singing outside the nearby Irish bars until the early hours meant this wasn't an option. So, due to the heat and external noise, sleep wasn't great at this hotel.

all the staff are very polite and professional...the breakfast exceeded expectations, it's a brunch...the hotel is magic:)...I recommend it 1000%

Excellent hotel. Comfortable stay and good location

The location is fantastic, room was nice and clean. The only down side was this time I went they charged us for the spa which is only a 4 euros a day but the hotel is already more expensive. Breakfast was good but maybe should do scrambled eggs instead of fried as they were always finished.

Run down and old, indifferent staff. Bar was fine, but don't come here expecting a gym.

Good location close to slopes, restaurant staff excellent, desk staff had to be asked three times to move rooms as room 914 was terrible, no air in the room, a window that opened into a greenhouse. January 2020 and it was 105 degrees in the room. Eventually got moved to a lower floor which was excellent.

Hotel was great. Reception was lovely and so helpful all the time. Food was good although you’re not allowed to take food out after breakfast (the Norm in most places..)

Hotel and staff very good and hotel position was easy for both slopes and town. The only minor point was that generally the food was not hot unless you were in the restaurant as the food was brought out.

Stayed is Pas de la Casa many times over the past 30 years. The Magic is bar far the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel is furnished in a typical Andorran style and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated for the slopes, restaurants and bars. Both breakfast and evening buffet offer a good verity of food. Overall a great hotel for location and comfort.

Nice hotel,nice staff,good meals(mediteranean) and good location.We enjoyed the ski there and the city.Good shopping areas in Andorra la Vella,30 km away.Don`t forget the snow chains if you go there by car.Good restaurants in the city Pas de la Casa. Note to Hotelclub:Upgrade the hotel phone no.The one on the voucher wasn`t the good one. Family with teenagers.

Il y a un spa de disponible. Par contre il serait bien de préciser quand on fait la réservation sur Hotel.com que le spa est payant à dix euros car à aucun moment cela n’est précisé Par contre pour le spa quand on paye dix euros on a même pas les chaussons, ni les peignoirs disponible dans la chambre uniquement les serviettes pour lesquelles on fait la toilette Serait bien de mettre ça à disposition tous les Hôtels quatre étoiles en ont Quand il dispose d un spa sinon l’hôtel est bien les chambres grande confortable.

Hôtel très correct et très présentable. Un très bon accueil et belle chambre double. Un petit-déjeuner très garnie. Sans oublier tout le personnel avec le sourire et très polis. On recommande cet hôtel !
