Everything was fine and good.

Pleasant enough stay, staff were very attentive and assistance for moving a room to help with a less abled bodied person on our trip was done without any hassle. However the signage and directions for disabled access were pretty poor. Not all lights worked in the room and TV wire was not long enough to keep the connection in tact. But we must mention the reception staff, who were top class, particularly Anna with her help when one of the party had an incident on returning to the hotel.

Room is great, clean spacious and comfortable

Breakfast was great and diverse. Pool and garden were nice. The Rooms need upgrading, furniture is old. I had a desk but not a chair or stool to sit on. Had tea/coffee/kettle but not 1 bottle of water. Toilet seat was a nightmare and the shower drain smell was unpleasant. The bed should have a headboard to be more comfortable. Parking the car on gravel is not great also. Close to Aquashow

Everything about my whole stay was very good. I would recommend and stay there again.

Staffs are lovely and polite, moreover the hotel is located in a quite place. The breakfast selection was also great and fresh.

The hotel is within a 15-minute drive to the beach in Quarteira and Vilamoura Marina. The accommodations are what you expect from a three-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. However, I don't recommend dining at the hotel.

All acceptable for the price

The towels and bed linen were dingy, the breakfast was very basic, and the slide and swing were in terrible condition. However, the place is pleasant.

An absolute gem of a little place! Sadly, only got to stay for one day and night but had a great experience. Welcomed by Ana, who was friendly and very helpful. Left our cases in the luggage room and spent a very hot but relaxing afternoon by the pool. The pool was surprisingly large and appreciated in the heat. Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet style food in the restaurant in the evening, plenty of choice - fresh salads, hot options of fish, chicken and pasta and tasty desserts. A bargain at €17 each! As we had a very early start for the airport, a packed lunch was ready and waiting for us when we checked out at 3.00am - much appreciated. Would recommend!

room was terribly humid... water was dripping from the windows and patio door. towels in bathroom were humid and did not dry either because of humidity.. dishes at breakfast was not clean...

The hotel is good it’s 20 km from Faro, you need a car/Uber/taxi there is no buses nearby breakfast is good.

Quiet in the county. Good pool

The room was meh, beds not comfortable at all and tv was super small. The location was decent, shuttle bus to city was great except latest pick up in the city back to hotel was 5:45pm. Uber only 5 euros one way to the city so that was helpful. Hotel grounds was nice, very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our bed and floor was infested with bugs. Management did not care, nor were they helpful, nor were they willing to rectify the situation. We left our stay early and took an L to stay somewhere else. Would NOT recommend this place!
