ZTL hotel location is very good, near laojie metro and many eateries surrounding. Highly recommended. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is good and friendly.

The hotel is nice, near MTR and in the middle of the Men pedestrian street. It's just a shame when I went there again there was a renovation. A bit noisy and dusty.

The attitude of the reception staff when checking in was impolite, they thought I did not understand what they were saying about the room not ready at 14.00 even though the check-in time was 12:30 after complaining and waiting 20 minutes for a new room to be ready. Not recommended for or in dirty ZTL

The hotel is old, the rooms are rather damp and not too clean, but the bathroom is okay. And the location of the hotel is very strategic for those who love shopping. The MRT station is just steps from the hotel door.

The waiter is kind and friendly. The rooms are very spacious according to the photos. The location is convenient and close to places to eat. I will stay back again.

ZTL is old hotel, but very clean. not like others hotel near the area that we have been stay. ZTL accomodate children, so don't worry to book this hotel if you 2 adults and 2 kids. The reception very good in English. Food is very easy to find, street food or restaurant. near the metro, can use exit B2 or D.

It is a good location for shopping and staying in ZTL hotel, will consider in nearest future.

Location is only side by side with a nice mall in Laojie. Laojie area is very crowded during the evening. Hotel is 2 mins walk to Laojie Metro station.

Strategic location, just steps from Shenzhen Metro Station (exit D) and Dongmen Shopping Street. Service excellent.

The hotel is very good, exit from metro exit D directly can be seen side street. The area here is very much shopping and food places. Lots of cheap and tasty food. Super location.
