I stayed at Novotel for 2 days and 1 night. The hotel has a good location, close to the MTR station, making it easy to get around, and taxis are also easy to find. There is a nearby playground, which is convenient for families. However, the room size is quite small. The staff are somewhat friendly, but there is still room for improvement. The food quality also needs to be improved.

A comfortable hotel choice for families during their Hong Kong vacation. The hotel is located in the same building as a mall, supermarket, and MRT station, so you don't have to worry about getting wet or hot—you can easily get around by walking. And Disneyland Hong Kong is super close... The city isn't crowded. If you want to eat in the city center, just walk to the MRT. So simple.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, various menu on breakfast. Connectivity to the Citygate mall which we had a great shopping.

i stayed here one night for business trip. hotel location is super for leisure traveller in my recon, easy access to HK Disneyland and cable car ride to Ngong Ping plus attached to Citygate Outlet for a good shopping experience. over all Novotel Citygate is recommend place to stay in the area, and hotel also provide a free bus transport to get tobthe airport.

Bad experience staff threw away the food I put on the table, we prepared to bring food because it was difficult to find halal food. There was an apology even though initially the staff refused to admit throwing away food Then there was an apology from the manager but yes the food served at breakfast was still mixed with pork..not recommended considering the big name of Novotel

This hotel is located at the end of Hong Kong near the airport. If you want to go to Disneyland. Ngongping. Macau, it's suitable to stay here. It's integrated with the mall so it's easy to find food and shop here. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly and I was given an early check in. I don't know about food because we didn't eat at the hotel because we had to go to the airport early in the morning.

Hotel location is top. Walking distance to Ngong Ping cable car. Also located near with MTR, easy to go to Disneyland and city. It is also connected to Outlet Mall, good products with reasonable price. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Disneyland and Ngong Ping.

Close to Hong Kong airport & Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus from & to the airport every 30 minutes. Connected to City Gate which has many branded goods outlets, MTR, bus station. Rooms are spacious & clean. Cleaned every day & provided plenty of drinking water. We feel happy & comfortable staying here. Get affordable prices from Traveloka.

The room is spacious and has a nice view. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious and has many choices. We can access the lounge and enjoy snacks and a good view from the lounge
