Great breakfast , older property but nice and clean

The beds were quite comfortable and the shower was lovely. Your staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a great one night stay at Clarion Pointe hotel, clean rooms , quiet stay, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast in the morning. It was worth the price we paid !

The place is easy to access, rooms are comfortable and quiet. Decent breakfast and amenities. Overall good value

A bit dated but the beds were great

The hotel was clean, odorless and helpful at checkin. Unfortunate the fire alarm went off twice in the early morning hours (3;00 & 3:55 AM). I walked out to the front desk and no one was present. The office door was cracked open, but dark. In the morning I informed the front desk. She said they would follow up. I was also disappointed there is no shuttle to airport. When originally searching online it indicated they did have it. Their web site did not indicate having one. Bad information somewhere on the web.

Great breakfast. The dining room can get a bit crowded between 8-9 especially, but the quality of the breakfast compensates for that. Clean and comfortable, short drive to the core of the old city.

This hotel is conveniently close to airport. It is a place that is being upgraded and you can see very good results. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Good value for your money

One night stay with smooth check-in and check-out. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

Our room (2 double beds) was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was solid, with eggs, sausage, cereals, Greek yogurt, etc. and single-serve coffee machines. The best part, though, was the service. My family had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, and the hotel staff was very accommodating and worked with Expedia to process a refund for the days I was cancelling.

I would have liked to be welcomed with at least one or two small bottles of water. Most other hotels have a small bottle of water when you arrive to the room, this hotel did not.

Very small and tight dining area. The staff were excellent but there is construction going on as well which added to noise and distraction.
