Clean room. Slightly dated but perfectly usable. Food was great and well located to see the ruins. Definitely recommend.

This place is awesome and so so close to Pompeii. Great way to experience Pompeii that takes away all the hassle of parking etc.

This is a real gem of a hotel! Location is perfect for Pompeii and easy walk to either of the train stations for Rome Salerno or Naples. All of the staff were so helpful. They organised a private local guide for Pompeii. They also answered my emails prior to our visit promptly. The restaurant in the lemon grove is just amazing ! The food was delicious. I’d recommend the fish of the day and the T Bone steak. The rooms were clean well maintained and have tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was powerful and robes and slippers were provided. Rooms were serviced daily. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is more than EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Far beyond our expectations! Great Hotel, Clean, Beautiful, Comfortable and the location is just wonderful! Close to the Pompei Ruins and located at the HEART of the main street! Besides the great hotel breakfast and restaurant, many options right out of its door! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! DO NOT MISS!!!!

Dinner in the garden was really special and memorable. The staff was extremely attentive, especially waiters and maids.

The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient. The food is very good. A lovely selection of both hot and cold dishes along with pastries, fruit and juices for breakfast. The pasta carbonara and lasagne were both excellent. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Pompeii and we would definitely come back.

This was an amazing hotel in every regard. Room was beautiful and spotless. It is a quiet oasis on a fairly busy street. The outdoor restaurant bar in the back courtyard under the lemon tree groves was a beautiful place to unwind. The included morning breakfast was fresh and tasty including the best tasting fresh squeezed orange juice I have ever had. Wish our stay was more than just one night but we were on our way from Rome to Amalfi

Perfect location to visit the archeological site.

Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)

Great experience all around, very good breakfast, great shower, clean modern rooms. Lovely shaded courtyard. Very helpful staff.

Clean room, welcoming staff

The room was old and there were ants on the furniture when I went in. The staff did not help with luggage which was difficult up steps. The shower was not the cleanest. There was a staff member who helped us back out the car onto the busy road which was nice. The breakfast was great.

Lovely! Enjoyed relaxing in the Lemon Garden and sitting on the balcony. Delicious food. Convenient to the archaeological park. Excellent assistance from the staff to accommodate our needs.

AC pefect. Very clean comfotable room. Very good central location. Breakfast very good. Note only get one cup of coffee. One unhelpful staff member on our arrival date was all that marred our experience.

This hotel was an oasis in the heart of Pompeii! The room was beautiful with a large balcony facing the garden full of lemon trees. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurat was excellent and you must try the lemon sorbet. LUIGI and team are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, excellent location, breakfast was average for continental. Towel warmer in bathroom didn’t work. Would stay again.

The restaurant is awesome. Great breakfast. We loved our stay. Location is walking distance to Pompeii ruins as they are literally across the street. Only downside was some WiFi issues and an AC that was off and on. Some of that was in their control as weather wasn’t very hot outside
