Staff was great. However, hotel changed name/ownership recently and I can see a big difference from my previous stays when it was Camino Real. I liked it better before.

Hotel was poorly maintained. Former signaling (Camino Real) was still visible, bathroom faucets were leaking, AC was running rough

the experience was great, the service was very professional. and the room service it's a 10/10 but it's a little far from many points. so you will need a car or any other similar vehicle cause there's no subway around but there's some autobus nearby.

Worst service and attitude from staff. Had a terrible experience with our christmas dinner, unbearable food quality. Most or the few amenities where closed

Clean room and room service

Great place, clean room, front desk nice, but answering the phone, it takes many phone calls to someone answer. The change of ownership and name of the hotel wasn’t notified. Everything else was very nice, good location, not amenities but one restaurant with good food..

Es un hotel bonito y con personal muy atento. El único detalle en este diciembre de 2025 es que acaba de cambiar de dueño: dejó de ser Camino Real y ahora pertenece a la cadena Barceló. Ese cambio ha generado algunos atrasos operativos; ojalá los resuelvan pronto.

Cleqn rooms and nice products

Room was clean and staff were kind!

The rooms are very old, good for the price and for a short term stay but I'd be hesitant on longer stays due to poor cleaning and old facilities.

The hotel had a naco-style event all day and night. It was like getting a room at the fair. It shook the room, and was audible over the in room television. We called the staff 5 times to see why there was such an event being held on a Tuesday, but we were dismissed, lied to, or ignored each time. If you’re looking to get a good rest (like we were) this is not a good option

Pesima atencion a cliente, me cobraron 2 veces la misma noche y aun no nos dan respuesta. Nadie contesta los telefonos o le dan seguimientopara aclarar el tema; el sr Ivan Jesus Ramirez dijo que “iba a revisar” y ya tiene mas de 2 semanas y nada.
