This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel was fine, staff were excellent! Main issue during our stay was it does not have air conditioning and rooms were like an oven. Fans were insufficient to cool down during the hot temperatures so it was impossible to stay in room during the day and impossible to sleep at night.

Nice clean and quiet hotel, not far from train. Free tourist card was great. Nobody pays for transit here, but we got checked by the transit police? How about checking your own people and leave the tourists alone. Lots of creepy people around train/bus station. Prices extremely high for what you get. Breakfast good. Staff good. Rooms extremely small.

The surrounding area was very nice and the room, though somewhat small, was quiet for an urban area. The breakfast was outstanding. We would stay again if we revisited Bern.

The room was large, beds were comfortable Didn't eat the breakfast, but do use the coffee machine. There were a few restaurants near by and a bus stop.

Room was beautiful and the couch is much smaller than you think. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was even better. I had 2-3 cappuccinos. Shops are a 5 min walk + but the hotel itself is in a safe area!

In a quiet residential area close to the train station and old town both on foot or by public transport. Comfortable single room.

This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back!

Did not include breakfast as part of the booking; given incorrect directions to get there (another tram route) was closer; the bed was a divan day bed on wheels and kept shifting

Excellent breakfast, cozy hotel with welcoming reception/lounge. Room was good size for two, third floor. Near to stops for 10 bus or 9 tram for quick access into the hostoric centre, which is walkable in 20 minutes as well.

Check in process was great Room was moderately sized and clean enough Unfortunately our nights sleep was interrupted but a lot of mosquitos. Perhaps not the hotels fault.
