Nice hotel with lovely terrace in great location by the lake. Staff very helpful and courteous.

I really liked the hospitality of the staff, from receptionists to restaurant staff. They are all kind and willing to make your holiday wonderful. I would come back if I have a chance.

Beautiful hotel, clean, fantastic view on the lac. Great breakfast with fresh squid’s orange juice and load of different foods to taste. I recommend.

Quietness

Hotel qui a connu de beaux jours. Beau hall d'accueil, belle vue sur le lac. Chambre vieillotte, literie assez molle, moquette partout, salle, réfrigérateur bruyant, salle de bain ok mais problème de chasse d'eau et évacuation douche. Pas de pression d'eau. Pdj décevant.

Very clean and excellent service. The only disappointment was, the pool was closed. They said the heater wasn't working. I specifically booked the hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport and the fact that they had an indoor pool so I could swim. The spa was excellent and I had an amazing massage from Yasmine. I would stay again but hopefully they get the pool heater fixed.

Check in staff were rude and spoke about me in French.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. There are a few good restuarants and cafes in walkong distance from the hotel. It is close to the airport.

Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. La chambre était assez ancienne, avec un rideau qui tombait et une plomberie de salle de bain pleine de calcaire. Des produits cosmétiques (gel douche, savon, shampooing) sans aucune odeur… alors qu’ils ont un SPA Nuxe, dommage. De plus, aucun ménage n’a été effectué dans la chambre pendant deux jours, et j’ai dû demander moi-même des serviettes. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très décevant, avec un choix limité, presque ridicule pour un établissement de ce standing, avec des serveurs occupés dans leurs téléphone ou papoter entre eux. Pour un tarif de 120 € la nuit (environ 380 Dinars), le rapport qualité-prix est clairement insuffisant. Point positif le personnel serviable et gentil.

The hotel is nice and staff are really friendly and professional. Just be careful asking the porter for help about taxis, he will call his friend and you will be charged double what it actually is. Disappointed in that tbh..
