This is our 2nd time here in 10 years. This facility is beautiful. Well maintained. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

Excellent stay. Don’t forget you can pre check in to get wristbands for early access to the waterpark. Kids under 4yrs old eat free when purchasing a meal plan.

The room was very clean. We had teenagers with us so I wish they’d put us in a part of the hotel that is more geared towards older kids and not so many younger kids. Like the little kids are super noisy early in the morning but not late. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The front desk staff was a little grumpy.

Very helpful and kind staff, and plenty to do. We didn’t get to do all that was available but what we got to do we enjoyed. We highly recommend, never too old to have fun. Went for my daughter’s 28th birthday and she enjoyed herself, along with my 34 year old daughter.

My family enjoyed our stay at GWL. We were here for two nights. During our time here, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean! I am a germaphone and I was able to sleep well here. That says a lot!!

Really fun stay! Definitely geared towards younger kids, but the teen joined in too and we all had a blast! The water slides are fun and very well managed, lines moved well. Our flight had been significantly delayed and even though I called to let them know we were still marked a no show which was a bit scary when we went to check in but the end result was they upgraded us for the stay. Great service!

Staff all over property were very helpful and friendly. Every employee that passed us said “hello”. Clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay.

The people were friendly but they don’t clean the room daily. The hotel is beautiful for kids.

We had an absolutely fantastic first-time stay at Great Wolf Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the lifeguards, was incredibly friendly and helpful. My kids had an amazing time as it was their first stay too—they couldn’t get enough of the water park and all the fun activities. Plus, the food was incredible—so many delicious options. We truly had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back!
