I have stayed at this hotel several times and all was good, this time however, not so much! They have a bug problem, I woke up the very first morning with what appear to be bug bites of some kind around my neck, forehead and on my eye! My eye swelled up almost shut, the bites on my neck were red and bumpy. Really itchy ! I immediately let them know and they supposedly called an exterminator and moved us to another room. These were definitely not mosquitoe bites but I’m getting checked with the doctor. All they could say was “we’re sorry”!! Seriously ?? Staff was not well trained on their customer service, they seemed annoyed they had to do anything! Not staying there again! Beware!!!!

I was disappointed with Hilton when they remodeled they should have replaced the HVAC units they put out a musky smell. Which someone decided to try and hide it with some super strong air freshener that just about makes your eyes water. That was my first visit to that property and it will be my last.

Room had an funky odor upon check in. Staff corrected first night with spay, all good. Upon return next night the funk was back but much reduced. Management stated they would shampoo the carpet.

Older building. Recently renovated. All that was fine. Clerk had a bit of an attitude because I booked through Hotels.com and got a king room. He was frustrated as to how that could have happened because those rooms weren’t ready supposedly. I didn’t care what bed I had as a solo on a business trip. Shower gel was empty which one does not find out until you’re in the shower…. Problematic. TV was the clunky old fashion cable tv where channels are all over the place. It setting on the low cabinet rather than hanging on the wall where you can see it lying in the bed.

I wanted to provide a better review, but unfortunately, my stay was not very pleasant. The cleanliness of the first room I was given was unacceptable. While lying down, I felt something on the bed that I initially thought might be an insect. Upon checking, I realized the linens had likely not been changed, as there were crumbs and red stains on the sheets. This was very unsettling, knowing I had just laid in a bed that didn’t seem properly cleaned after the last guest. I requested that the room be thoroughly turned down with fresh linens, but I was told no housekeeping staff were available. Instead, I was moved to another room. Ironically, on my way there, I saw a housekeeper in the hallway with a garbage can—right after being told no one was available. The second room was only slightly better. It felt damp and musty, which may have been due to humidity or recently cleaned carpets. After a few hours with the air conditioner running, the room improved somewhat, but overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The next morning at checkout, staff did not ask about my stay, offer an apology, or provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Since I was only staying one night, I decided not to escalate the situation, but it was disappointing customer service nonetheless. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast. They do offer a breakfast buffet for around $15, though I did not try it. Fortunately, there are several restaurants nearby. Overall, 👎

Door lock did not work during the entire stay. It was a struggle to lock the door. Also the room was not serviced for entire 3 days stay.

The property was fine, I wasn’t there long but there was mold on the ceiling in the bedroom area and the ac vent in the shower was full of dust. There were no tissues in the sink container.

We had actually booked a hotel at a different spot. We showed up and it was horrible. Immediately canceled and rebooked at Hilton Gardens Inn Tampa. Super clean. Customer service was great. We stayed for one night, and were out late. When we came back to the hotel there wasn’t people lingering around the area, and I felt safe walking to our room with my kids. There isn’t much parking, but aside from that it was a nice hotel.
